I think the moonpool can be easly found next to the Lifepod 19 that is 300m underwater. For the multipurpouse room you gotta find the Aurora Rendezvous Island it should be there on the hill, or you could find the "Proposed Degassi Habitat" or it can be even found in the magnesium place next to Lifepod 17

That's why it can damage bases.

Ie: you remember right.

The condition just means that even if it deals damage to the bases, a Prawn Suit or a Seamoth will deal zero damage to it.

They roar just because that's what they do. If you hear one, it doesn't mean theyve seen you.

For the purpose of completing the game, you only need to work around the one at the front of the Aurora. The rest are completely avoidable.

Ive spent a lot of time face to face with Reapers and it takes a surprising amount of time for them to lunge towards you. If you have the reinforced dive suit, nine times out of ten, you wont be killed or even damaged. But the combination of the fog, the darkness and the noise, Reapers prey on your mind. They arent dangerous, but are still the elemental incarnation of anxiety.

A scanner room uses 0.15 energy / second when idle, 0.5 energy per second when it's scanning. A water filtration machine uses 0.85 energy / seconds when it works.

And a bioreactor input rate is 0.83 energy / second.

A solar panel at the surface will produce energy more efficiently.

I think it's from under the map. At around 800 to 1200 meters on the craters edge, the rock face cuts off and you can swim under the map. There are massive cubical domes underneath and that is most likely what your scanner room is detecting.

There’s quite a bit if you look for it, but I suppose if you’re really good at searching/scanning and have a massive construction project in mind you can run out

The concern was having to rebuild stuff too much to the point where completing the game would be impossible due finiteness of resources.

A nice thing would be if for Subnautica 2, they make resources respawn

It isn't a glitch.

But yes they can do that.

The CellsCache files keep track of what happens in the world. Resources that have been generated, entities position, health, etc.

If you remove them you force the game to regenerate the world.

You don't have to worry about it, their amount is so high that they're virtually infinite, unless you spend 1500 hours farming them.

There are a very few that are static, hand placed by the level designers.

But most are part of the resource distribution (RNG).

In my save file where I generated all the map I had this amount.

644 is an average, so sometimes you have less sometimes more.

The static option on my map is hand placed stuff outside of wrecks.

That's why if you want to know the precise spawn location for the leviathans that's what you should use.

For instance those will always spawn there at first:

To come back to the gel sacks, the only ones in Mushroom Forest are the one hand placed.

So it might not be the best location to guide players to, but they'll always be there.

I think they're referring to the amount I shared. But when you think about it, you don't need a lot of them. They're often one use only, for instance upgrades (sonar module, scanner room HUD, range upgrade, mk2) or tool (stasis rifle, propulsion cannon for the Prawn Suit). The only way you would need more is for whirlpool torpedoes and thermal plants.

You won't find them in the Mushroom Forest. It's the only type of Cyclops fragment that doesn't spawn in them.

There is no slot in the Mushroom Forest therefore it won't spawn there.

The game's code is predictable and I know every location of the slots via reverse engineering.

The graphics were great, i hated how vague some of the databank entries were, felt kinda rushed, but yeah i recommend getting it

I think it gets a lot of hate because of how it falls flat in some areas, and doesn't fully match up to the first game (though that's all up to personal opinion)
Though I know some people that don't see it like that, I had fun still, you probably will as well, I'd say pick it up
