Try rocking around with it? Usually works.

Additionally, you can try placing a foundation close to it to try and nudge it to a spot where you can wriggle out. Worked for getting the seatruck unstuck.

If you have the prawn, you should be able to push it, or in theory, grapple and pull, but I’ve never actually tried doing that.

If you ask why you don't have the repulsion cannon entry, it's because you interacted with the terminal in the laboratory.

The entry only unlocks with the databox (BlueprintHandTarget).

Same thing with the alien containment. They aren't part of the EntryData.
