Alright let me tell you my story and my unhealth love for Subnautica. it started back in 2018 when Subnautica was first released for the public, i was a child, laying on my bed, watching Youtube, until a Youtuber i LOVED (Jack or Mark one or the other maybe both) play Subnautica. and for me, i couldnt stop, that whole month i tried 100s of ways to be able to scrap enough money from everything to be able to buy it. but never could so i was sad like super, but it just so happened i also was going to my Dad's house (parents split when i was young im fine) in a different state, and my grant grand parents had built it wanting to play it at some point, i didnt know it was there until i went down stairs, and noticed it front and center on the sheleve they put it on. So i played the hell out of it, day in and day out, god i got scared so many times. But i still played. than i had to leave, go back to my mother, which, was in state so far away, and got sad again. But, my Dad, being a god he is and the best parent ever, got me a copy and gave it to me, and this was around the time the Xbox compact came around when i got to play it for the first time, and i became so happy its a core memory, but i remembered when my brother the only one that has a Xbox 1, let me use it, i stood up for 8 hours straight! i wouldnt sit down, i wouldve stayed up all night if i could but i couldnt. the next day, almost the whole day i believe 10 hours, ya stood up that long, but the 3rd i finally got a chair, and, to this day i still play from time to time. Scared painless from the roars from everything in the dark, but never stopped loving the thrill and build of the game.
