You're both right and wrong.

When a warper warps out, they're destroyed.

When a new warper warps in, it's a new entity.

So you can technically kill one, but if you attack and they warp out, the new one will be full HP.

And if you manage to kill one it will only be temporary.

As you won't destroy their spawners, objects that manage the creation of new warpers.

What I would LOVE to see in Subnautica 2 is a randomized-generated world to some extent. However, the creatures, fish, aliens, leviathans, whatever they may be, are also randomized every time, meaning no zone has the exact same creatures in them. Imagine loading up and you find to have a scary Leviathan as your neighbor while on your second playthrough its all peace and tranquility. The fear of the unknown is what makes Subnautica so amazing.

You usually stumble upon one of its entrances with radio messages or when you follow the ||Degasi|| story for the one in Deep Grand Reef.

When you explore lifepod 2 you find the entrance in Blood Kelp.

Of course, you have to understand at that point that the radio messages aren't just there for the lifepods, PDA they contain and technology they have.

But more to lead you to new biomes, caves, wrecks.

Also, don’t bother with making range upgrade. The scanner room already scans at max range of 500m. Range upgrades only extend the hologram to 500m, so it’s not really necessary

starting from the place where you can find keen and yu's log (the hole in the water), you want to go up into the main island and go past the forest to reach the back of the island. from there you want to dive down and (possibly using seamoth) you want to go a little bit to the right until you find an arch with a few pointy stones on top of it (don't go too far into the grand reef or you'll find a ghost leviathan) you want to build on top of the pointy stone on the right (the higher one) and try to expand vertically to build at least an observatory. Then, after completing the game, wait a few in-game days (like 10/15) and then come back. You'll see why the spot is great

||There's a big natural rock formation in the middle of the lava zone which can have small kyanite chunks if you find a way in||, but I would recomend just getting a drill arm on your prawn and drilling the big chunks
