please do not tag me! please tag @cosmic salmon and be patient π he will reply at set intervals (not in real-time π )
@cosmic salmon sorry to bother, I had to resubmit the two entries I had originally submitted feb 20, which for some reason could not be found somewhere. I thought they would be included here. I'm a little concerned they will show as being submitted very late when they were originally submitted feb 20 but lost
@cosmic salmon
Hello
is it true that if I did 4 tasks S in one category, you will only accept 1 task and not protect the remaining 3??((
@cosmic salmon My submission from this period are ok, but one was marked as "No" because I did not provide the PR to fix the bug I reported for a security issue. I have now linked a PR fixing it π !
Please review when you have time
oh that's awesome, ty!
updated the sheet
@cosmic salmon could you please answer? π
yes, you can only get points once for a category. or so it's been working for multiple entries in infrastructure or ibc relayers
but if someone builds more than one (good) tool, like an explorer and a wallet, doesn't seem fair to penalize them for that, does it, given the effort involved? we could look at something like that case by case, but so far it hasn't come up, afaik nobody's submitted multiple tools yet
yes that's correct
probably because it was announced that more points would not be given?
it would have to be pretty noteworthy, right now it's more of a what-if
@tropic dome if you have your public key i can check on your submission status
thanks that would be swell, one sec..
for the submission on the tooling, I have an update coming that may be more apt for points, should I just mention it when it gets scored or better to submit an update somehow in advance?
there is one submission for each, is that correct?
you can just ping me when you have the update, i think that's easiest
no, there should be two submissions for the crew one (indexer and tooling), and one for the pilot (rpc), if memory serves
so three total
the one for the tooling is missing, so you should resubmit!
the other two are good
alright, gives me time to push the update! it did definitely go through on submit though, so a little concerning that submissions seem to be getting lost.
I forgot to add some details on listing of the rpc and such (on the resubmit). let me know if needed
hehe ok. I'll give you a ping when I push the update.
Ok, got it. But will it make a difference if I configure 1 IBC relayer or 3?
I mean, i'm going to submit an IBC relayer in "operating IBC" subclass with osmo testnet, then i'll configure another one, will you give me the roids for each relayer operated?
btw, I realize it's not on top of team's list, but somewhat relevant to this, there's like 40 PR pending to add rpcs and such to the list on shielded-expedition - you think someone could expedite those?
Only 1 relayer submission will yield points as far as I understand
@cosmic salmon Can you recheck #299 , that's my indexing API but you noted working; pts already in this category
it is duplicated bro
@cosmic salmon hi, Regarding the Unidentified task, can you suggest which category it belongs to? or an example. This is a bit vague.
That's my indexer and I only submitted it once, I checked it again and didn't duplicate the 2 indexers.
it is duplicate category. the indexer and rpc is the same category
@cosmic salmon tpknam1qre03yq7fep3gnrut35e34yzcddzcpu08ymyrug9yqg85l8e3g95qge56sp
He was awarded 4 valid tasks with IBC channel in Evaluated S-Class Submissions (Batches)
Please check again, thanks sir
I see everyone has been approved for both indexer and rpc
you only get point for one task per subcategory (per participation class)
thanks , make sence
@cosmic salmon hey I created a script to check if some users got ROIDS(eligible=Yes) for the same category mutliple times, here is the message:
#shielded-expedition message
Can share a script I used, not proud of it tbh π
@cosmic salmon I had submitted a S mission number 79 through email and still not evalutated. This finding is the same as S mission 382 of another user and approved.
Can you double check the email sent to security@anoma.foundation from stakeandrelax_validator@proton.me?
@cosmic salmon I can't find mine in the new sheet either, could you please check again? tpknam1qqhat5nkkkjhvas5z8s4zk6adcfshprd9wxrk407uwa98ddhkwsucfqmnd7
Cant wait to see the next batch added ...
I see you got point from task S number 6
you are pro player π
Havent got the points yet, just the nodd. I still have to finish fixing the bug I unearthed
I wrote many times but I never got an answer. Why can't I reach anyone? When namada se first started, I submitted for s class missions. I did all the C class tasks. I used memo in every transaction. Not a single point has been received for 20 days. My application appears among the first 60 people in the s class batch list. Two of the s class missions 15-20 days before. Even though I submit, I still don't get any points. Are only the team and family taken seriously? I'm tired of trying to reach anyone here. I checked my c class tasks many times. Don't say that nebb is broken, I did these tasks weeks ago. I still try them every day. roid still shows 0. It is obvious that this is not normal. Will anyone answer me now please ?tpknam1qrue8uzgckzvvq9kuxt8eavxrvpr52mp8m53cnmj6qzxwrhmrpj6vrvg3c6 @cosmic salmon
I'm not "team and family", I'm pretty much an outsider from the start of this, and I have had no issue getting points. Imo you will probably have an easier time getting answers with a bit less attitude.
you have only 12 transactions listed on extended nebb (which were done feb 26)
nebb probably hasn't been updated since you started, which was february 26. patience. (sidequestion, how did you get those aburd amounts to bond? that's a lot of naan)
hi, sorry about that, not intending to ignore anyone but there are a lot of messages spread out among many channels and sometimes they fall through the cracks
the nebb db is not up to date with the sheet yet but i'm hoping to get that fixed today first, and then we can see if that resolves some of the above concerns
great, ty!
all the security email submissions are being evaluated separately by heliax devs who are in a better position to judge. unfortunately i don't have access to that email so i can't check for you. but it is normal to expect them to take a little longer to review, given their nature. so they might be some of the last tasks to be finalized
2 submissions from that pk received, will be in the next batch
I updated my tool a bit, new link. haven't gotten it pushed to my github yet but soon. how do I best get the details your way for the assessment?
i ve started my node and txs very first day of SE i submitted my s class tasks 2. day of SE. Im in first 60 Sclass submission. You can already see s class batch in excel. So i didnt start it just 2 days ago. I ve askt many questions about my situations and got 0 answers until today so if my attitute is not good anought im sorry for that but i cant get my points after all my sleepless nights and all my efforts.
thanks for the answer . waiting
understand. it's unfortunate nothing reflects on the nebb. did you include --memo in your tx?
yeah i did
when updated sir? mine submission 25feb in form site namada
@cosmic salmon please let me know if what was submitted wasn't sufficient, as have updated the tool quite a bit
@cosmic salmon btw there is an issue with nebb where my profile shares the spot (crew) with another member even though according to points I should be lower. I'm worried my points aren't updating and that they will suddenly disappear. is anyone updating nebb atm?
Guessing the dashboard isnβt up to date. I am guessing should reflect correctly when chain is back up and nebb update has been logged
Spork can comment as well
sure but why am I stuck on rank 9 when according to points I should be around 18-19?
also still looking to know where/how I can submit the update to my tool (spork)
Guessing cause it didnβt update completely. Maybe only some were updated
I see myself being #200 suddenly lol
I believe you can send another submission and mention itβs an updated tool? With link to tool or GitHub. And mention about your old tool submission so he can locate your old submission/tool correctly
I agreed with spork I would ping them here instead but not getting a response
understandably they are busy, I just don't want my submission to miss if deemed too little on the first iteration
Wait a little then I would say, I believe heβs quite busy but should respond when he gets to it π
It wonβt, spork should get to it if he mentioned ping him here.
alright cool
for reference the tool is on governance.testnet.one. it's not a secret (in case I'm away when people get back to it)
@tropic dome you can dm me about both issues, travelling today so might be a little slow getting back to you
but you're not in danger of missing any deadlines, no worries
excellent thanks
Hi, the rules say:
Every S Class asteroid has subclasses. The ones listed in the tables are examples of tasks that qualify for the subclass. A participant can only get ROIDs once per subclass for a successful task submission.
E.g. if a participant submits 4 successful S class tasks of Subclass "Operating Namada infrastructure as a service", the participant will only get points for 1 task.
Why do the rules say one thing, but in reality everything works differently? Judging by the table, the same people receive roids for the RPC and for the indexer. Although these two tasks are included in the same subclass....
They are not receiving points for it. At the end a script ensures a wallet gets points for only 1 S class task
This has been clarified before. The sheet only logs what has been received and approved, doesnβt mean all duplicate txns are also awarded points
You might see people with a lot of points because they got ROIDs from a category with very small amount of achievers.
If only 2 people score a specific S class category, they get 31Md each. If 100 people do the RPC or indexer, they each get 310m
I'm monitoring the chat, but I must have missed where this was mentioned. Thank you.
The table is misleading. For some, it's stated that only RPC is accepted, and roids won't be credited for the indexer (Example: numbers - 166, 167 in the table), while for some others, it's stated that roids will be credited for both RPC and indexer (Example: numbers - 63, 64 in the table)
I understand it. I wrote above why I thought that some people get credit for all the tasks from the subclass
It was in the original batch A thread I think , spork clarified it. I think this can be added to FAQ as well
Here you go #1210652838984941659 message
Ok, thanks π
Hello! There are a couple things that we feel are meaningful to the testnet we would like submit but they do not count as S class. What are the ways to go about submitting these resources or could I just use the S-class submission page to submit them? One is proposal 74 and one is a restart coordination spreadsheet.
Sorry to bother you. @cosmic salmon can you check? maybe I'm wrong. I checked the sheet with S class tasks and if the roid has already been awarded, then it is possible that each type could be divided by the total number of participants, and not just by crew. because the crew made RPC - 50 participants - 1.3b roids, IBC - 16 participants - 4.1b roids, ecosystem 5 participants - 13.3b roids. But the leaderboard does not display such a number of roids.
i think so look like the nebb incorrect
I see 2b7 at 9th but 3b at 10th, it is completely wrong
@cosmic salmon
Sorry.
We submitted the tasks on the 26th, but we were told that we needed to resubmit them because they did not arrive due to an error in the application.
Yesterday we submitted it again in a more comprehensive manner. Can you tell me when this will be checked or added to the table?
Could you please answer if we could get our ROIDS for tasks? We submitted it twice via web
@cosmic salmon
@cosmic salmon Can you please check the status of our task #168 it says Awaiting evaluation by heliax; marked 'no' in the meantime
And i see for new submission you dont put NO until it is evaluated, so i am wondering maybe our submission will be skipped
a bunch of the security email submissions are finished eval (including yours) will update the sheet shortly
how is it looking with the submissions from last week?
thanks for update
got another batch of 80 or so added to the sheet yesterday. nebb not updated yet
i see submissions for you waiting eval, sheet stops at feb 23 and we're going sequentially (with a few exceptions) so yours should pop up in a batch later this week
@here some (not all yet) of the security email submissions have been added to the sheet, you can find them at the bottom in light purple background
hi, Iβm looking at the sign and you accepted two S tasks for February 22 and 23, but points have not yet been awarded for them. What should I do?
waiting the next update bro
In the same boat, donβt see my submissions updated, hoping they are coming up in the next one. Do let me know if there is an issue with any of my submissions π
if I submitted both RPC and indexer, should I receive points for 2 these sub classes or just one because they are both in same class "operating infrastructure as a service"? I saw some teams submitted 2 subclass and rewarded for them
Just one
Hi @cosmic salmon the ROIDs for approved submissions from the 22nd February are still not added to the Nebb? We have an approved relayer submitted on the 22nd but not clear if points were awarded or not yet, thanks
I found this team submitted 2 subclasses tasks in the same class and rewarded for both
