I found out how to do it, Separate Installations, create two separate Minecraft folders for each launcher: MinecraftLauncher, and FeatherLaucher, then go into both clients and set the directory to the right folders and let it install themselves

Make sure voice activation is turned on proximity, and mess around with the threshold settings. That is basically the sensitivity of what its picking up. Or you can do push to talk, but Make sure you also have a keybind set up for Proximity/Party chat
