Try making sure its logged into your normal mc launcher before feather client. I had to do that before to fix it. Also, Some recent change Microsoft made to MC requires you to be signed into microsoft store with the same account you are trying to sign into MC with.

Make sure your graphics driver is fully up to date. Make sure feather client has enough ram allocated to it

• check for mod conflicts. some mods can cause the client to turn fully black upon loading (ive had that before).

• check the game logs

Send latest.log from this directory if issue still persists. Make sure you're sending the file itself, NOT a picture of the file!
