I've opened a ticket but i don't think anyone can help in there because they've stopped responding.
all of my mods are compatible, with and without mods my Minecraft wont launch through feather (it will through other launchers including the standard Minecraft launcher) It says in the logs (logs in image below) that they cant move the mods to mods.orig and this is even without mods turned on.

I have tried removing all of my mods from the folder but that comes with a separate error

1: try running as admin (you probably already did but if you haven't)
If you get a system error 5 in Command Prompt or PowerShell, run those utilities with admin privileges to fix your error. To do that, first, open your PC's "Start" menu. Here, find "Command Prompt" or "PowerShell".
2: try deleting the mods folder so it gets recreated
3: if all else there fails close the launcher, remove the feather folder, and then run the launcher again to reinstall
if that doesn't work your system probably has some privilege issues in the .minecraft directory but that wouldn't make much sense since you said it works on other clients?
4: go to your feather folder and make sure the mods.orig folder is even there maybe? idk if it's calling to it or just bluntly stating it like it exists well if it doesn't remake it

I wasn't being condescending earlier I just haven't slept in like 2 days

if running as admin works which I doubt just set it to always run as admin

you could also try looking up "system error 5" and going thru the fixes in a youtube video there which would be much better documented
