When I join a server and play on it for around an hour or less my game starts to freeze it freezes around every 2 seconds and it lasts for a second, Ive tried turning off every mod that I have except for sodium and yet it still was freezing, I dont know what else to do. I was playing 1.21.1 in my world and realized there was no shaders toggle option, i tried looking at everything but realized its only in upd 1.21.1

does anyone know what to do if I have an AMD Radeon 6700 and I'm playing on the feather client, 1.19.2, and if I generate chunks I get fps cuts and if I don't generate chunks I get 400-1000 fps?
and in version 1.20.1, no matter how many chunks I set, I have a drop in fps when chunks are generated?
I didn't have such problems befor
