whenever I use the zoom mod, I can zoom alright and stuff, but when I decide to scroll to zoom more, it enables cinematic mode which slows down my cursor even after i go out of zoom

It is probably one of the mods messing with the rendering. Just from the functionality of the mods, I would guess it could be the mod "too many players". You can try disabling that one and see whether the issue still occurs

We can't really change much in that process. It's provided by microsoft and if they suspect suspicious logins they might dicard the refresh token and prompt a user to log-in again
