Sodium, lithium, look through video and/or performance settings and change them to be more lag friendly (hovering over each one should tell you whether decreasing or increasing it is better for reducing lag, if it isn't already obvious). Also do u have other mods on?

  2. it doesnt work and you have to waste time relogging into your accounts
