Just to explain it is an Mojang API error, and there is more than one API which Mojang has every client may or may not use the same API and if one API has issues and the other ones do not for some clients it will work and for others it will not. So it is no Feather issue it is 100% an Mojang issue.

6. Send a picture of what you see, click on "Feather" If that's there.

7. Lastly, if the issue persists, send your logs file at: %appdata%/.minecraft/feather/logs/latest and send a screenshot of your display adapter(s) in device manager.
