i did all of my settings in lunar but i wanted to switch to feather, but so many problems, and i dont have time to do all the settings again.

Just use lunar

Technically yes; given that they have the physical server/pc turned on, you can use something like MC Server Soft to gain access to it, you'd have to speak to the owner of said server though.

• Go into %appdata%
• Then head into .feather
• After that delete a file called accounts.json

after all that, relaunch!

This might be quite the unorthodox approach, but I do recommend flushing your DNS and seeing if that helps with anything. I just did this and was able to sign into my other account, launch Fabric successfully on the 1st try, and join servers with no issues.

How to flush DNS: Open the Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns
