Infinity has an program where they brainwash their employees, and also uses fea factor to keep the lower ones in line.

I think that because of the program Frank is perfect in his job, and I think he isn't the only one, also, I want to say that I think that program is only for the ones who are the best ones, like Frank, but something went wrong with him, instead of thinking of his supreme leader as someone else, he saw himself, that's why in the future everything has Frank as their supreme, because he dethroned the monarchy and took its place

Now about the fear factor, I think Zoe was an Infinity member, more specifically the girl we see in the series, but what happened to her? For a while she did her job as good as she could, but she loved Tricky, and saw her as a little sister, she knew that Tricky could get hurt from Infinity, and one day she almost got killed, but Zoe protected her, that act was treason, she was sent to the labs, were they experimented with her and used her as an example of what happens if you step out of the line. After a while, Zoe became what she is now, a zombie, she escaped from the Infinity facilities and after a while she found the crew, Fresh accidentally hit her, but then she saw Tricky again, she was so relieved, and after a while she became a surfer

What the heirloom is and why does Infinity want it

When you first look at it you can think is just some generic gem, but, which gemstone can have this cut and colors?

At first I thought it could be a blue tourmaline, a moonstone, some kind of opal or a blue diamond, but none of then fitted in, so I thought, "What if this is some kind of new gemstone?" That would make more sense of why Infinity could want it, let's now go to see what I actually think this is: A kind of gemstone that could works as a powerful battery, or a heirloom that has an engraving that could be interesting to Infinity.

Let's go with the first option, the power bank.
As we see in the batteries that Yutani found in the series we can find something interesting, they are the same color as Tricky's heirloom

Now, I think maybe Infinity has these gems, but not so much like someone would think, if they have so many why go after Tricky's one? I think that these gemstones are really powerfull, and that normally they could power at least the third part of the electricity and technological resources, but there aren't many of these gemstones, so that could explain why would Infinity would want the heirloom

Now the second one. What if it has an engraving?
As we saw in the series the Fairchild heirloom has been generation to generation, let's focus on the first one for a second, notice something?

He looked like some kind of king, a leader, an authority, someone who could have seen Infinity rise, maybe this could also hint us that Infinity isn't so young after all. Seeing this means that he could have something in the heirloom or the gem itself that could show the secret society something they want

I also noticed the form of the light blue parts, why that "Y" shape?

While I was researching the symbol in the heirloom I found something, it looked at lot like the rune Algiz, which could lead us to a third option: The heirloom is something magical.
Algiz ᛉ is the fifteenth rune of the Elder Futhark, the ancient runic alphabet, primarily recognized as the Norse symbol of protection, defense, and connection to the divine, this could explain how the Fairchild family was so successful, it was never their work, it was always the heirloom, that could also explain why it doesn't look like a real gemstone, and why Infinity would want such a powerful source of success and a connection with the divine

Also, historically, Algiz was used in amulets and carved on doors to protect the home.
