They need to change how they reward the frame. Maybe remove the leaderboard all together cause where there's a leaderboard, there will be cheaters. On any games, not only Subway Surfers. The frame for top 3 or when you get 2500-3000 trophies, you get the frame regardless of your place on the leaderboard.
