I think repeats aren't truly the problem of long-terms players, the core issue is that the theme and content representation by repeated locations doesn't hit as it should.

It connects the problem when newly released locations doesn't have the truly representation as it deserves if we remember back at Istanbul or Osaka.

Players are aware that new locations takes lot of time and months, that's not the problem. It's the way how the representation continues
