Yes. They will have to change a few settings in OBS Studio for 7TV to work with the integrated chat. in OBS they have to go to settings -> Stream. There they can find a setting called "Twitch Chat Add Ons". In there they have to select "BetterTTV an FrankerfaceZ". After that they can click on the settings button of the integrated chat (that little cogwheel), scroll all the way down and click on BTTV settings. And in there they have to activate the settings for 7TV emotes

I load up the page again in a second tab. Usually has the channel emotes load up there and the original tab. That way I don't miss chat or stream

this usually is happening when you have multiple twitch tabs open at the same time. Since the latest update you can type /refresh in chat to reload the emotes and don't have to refresh the whole tab anymore though

Badges are a bit buggy at the moment. You have to click on "Do Not Renew" and you should receive your missing badges. Afterwards you can set it to renew again

Hello, I have a problem where every time I open a new chrome tab for Kick platform it makes me manually click 7tv extension to allow it(1st picture), I tried to automatically allow site access with kick but cannot add it. I'm having trouble getting a good export going, with 5 seconds duration of the emote

if you make your friend editor on 7TV for you he can make a new emote set and choose your set as origin. This will basically make a copy of your whole set

I'm not sure. But you can just try. If you click on the litlle wrench icon on an emote set on his 7TV profile you should see an option to add an origin. If you can select your emote set there and then save changes it should work

on your 7TV profile you can simply remove the connection to your old account by clicking on the little cogwheel next to it and then on unlink at the bottom right of that dialog. Then add a new connection to the new one. You will need another connection like discord or kick active for this to work though

do not renew just means it doesn't automatically renew the sub after the 1 year is over. And after you clicked on it, you should get the badges and can immediately reactivate renewal after that again

in the 7TV settings under Appearance -> Style there is a setting for 'compact tooltips'. Check if that one is activated and deactivate it if you want the emotes to show on mouse hover again

As long as you have one other connection on your 7TV profile (Discord for example) you can just click on the little cogwheel icon next to your twitch connection -> unlink connection and then connect a new twitch account. The name of your 7TV profile will stay the same, but it will work normally with that new account then

I don't really understand what you are trying to do there but as a warning, kick account linking is super buggy at the moment and will most likely create another 7TV profile

To avoid you guys having to do a merger, Id just make a dummy account for kick(potentially discord since you say kick is buggy)

no, you can click on do not renew right now. It won't cancel your sub or anything but give you the badges. It's a workaround because the normal badge distribution is currently bugged. Immediately afterwards you can continue renewal again

it won't mess with your currently running subscription

oh ok, you use the usercard. I don't think there are any settings for these, but what you can do is click on the little cogwheel icon below the chat to open the default twitch chat settings and activate mod symbols in there. This will give you a button for a ban, a timeout and to delete a message besides each message
