I'm unsure if this is the place to post about issues, but I have an emote that I made (that is also publicly listed) and it says that 0 channels use the emote. However I know for a fact that other channels use the emote (I'll provide other screenshots below this one).

Why do emotes not get deleted entirely but it show this weird window in the overview?
Cant answer on behalf of the dev team, but the janky backend will be changed when the new 7tv website is rewritten, and this problem might get solved by then

When looking at an emote you could see all the channels that are using it. I was always happy when big streamers decided to use my work. But unfortunately the list isn't there anymore

Hello guys, all the 7tv global emotes show up a bit different for me, theyre called and are under the "Tomfoolery" set in my 7tv overlay instead of " 7tv Global Emotes" but are all the same emotes just more goofy looking, in the style of tomfoolery i guess, so my 7tv prioritizes those emotes and shows them instead of showing the original, which i dont want, does anyone know how to get rid of the whole set or how to prioritze the original 7tv global emotes so i see the real ones?

Hi I have a problem with 7TV by that i mean emotes are not showing, i tried to find solution on forums videos etc. reinstalled, log out of twitch, cleared cookies, reset computer. You can't force channels to update to a newer version of your emote, because that could be abused (obviously)

you can add it as a new version, or just upload it as a new emote and delete the old one

Not sure if you mean the Search Profile in the website, or actually mean googling the users, but you need the exact username to search for the users' page

There's no way your chat is actively using all 600 emotes daily

it's extremely improbable

if you just want to save emotes for future reference, use separate sets

and enable them as origins when you want to use them

the 600 limit is only for how many you can have active at once

even the largest and fastest chats only use maybe 100 emotes

they can have more, but it's hard for humans to keep that many emotes in memory where they can use them

600 emotes in a list is already absurdly long to scroll through

try removing emotes that you don't see your chatters using

hello, whenever I try to subscribe on microsoft edge it will not let me enter my address manually. It may have been because my bank flagged the purchase at first, but I went and approved it with my bank. However when I went to update my billing information via the email 7tv sent me it will not let me enter my address specifically into the fields that are required. I tried to do both paypal/card.

u should have it if you have subbed for 365 days and the badge is given out at the start of the month. For example if you are on day 370 now, u need to wait till June 1st to get the badge ( old dev codes)

u can right click SIGN IN to login with Discord, if your discord hasnt been logged in before, it will have your discord name as 7tv name

then u can link your twitch in 7tv profile setting
