do you have both ffz and 7tv installed? If so, try only using one of them. Having multiple emote extensions active at the same time leads to some problems. I'm not sure, if the 2 problems you described could be caused by this, but it's the first thing I would try

could you check if the Hide Community Highlights setting in the 7tv settings under Site Layout -> Chat is turned off? Because that's the setting that would hide stuff like pinned messages

Hey, this issue must be there so many times, but I dont find any solution that fixes my problem. I dont see 7TV emotes page and I cant reach any emote right now. Only way to fix that is turning VPN on to load emotes and turning back off and problem was fixed until closing twitch. I tried reinstall 7TV, using others browsers: Chrome, Edge, opera gx. I tried changing dns (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 8.0.0.8). Flushing dns, release and renew. Reinstalling internet drivers. It happening for like 2 days. If anyone would have solutions I would be thankful. @cloud tundra If you already have your youtube linked prior to 7tv ver3, you can have your 7tv emote set on youtube. After v3, the support for youtube linking is not working now because of complications with youtube authentication.
As viewers, if the channel you are watching has their youtube connected to 7tv, you can use their emotes by using : complete, there is not emote menu support for youtube

2. On your new 7tv acc, click on the wrench icon at your designated emote set
3. Add origin and select the emote set you want to copy from
   Do note that the origin feature is still experimental and has some known issues, e.g. renaming an emote inside will corrupt the whole emote set

If you have access to both account, or you know someone that has access to that account

1. On the other acc, add your 7tv acc as editor
2. On your 7tv acc, click on the wrench icon at your designated emote set
3. Add origin and select the emote set you want to copy from
   Do note that the origin feature is still experimental and has some known issues, e.g. renaming an emote inside will corrupt the whole emote set

if you have at least one other connection in your 7TV account like Discord for example you should be able to remove the old twitch connection and add the connection to the new one

as far as I know you always need to have at least one connection, yes.
You can add Discord or Kick as a connection from your profile page here:

and afterwards click on the clog symbol besides your twitch connection here:

then click on unlink connection

Unfortunately the channel we are using has 1000 slots and the second channel only 600 (is from the same streamer) is there any way to get the slots increased to 1000 from someone?

There's no official way to do that at the moment. An admin might see this and take pity on you, but the 1000 slot upgrade was only for people who used 7TV at that time, not new accounts.

The backend is being rewritten, and the goal is to give everyone 1000 slots

but the rewrite has to happen first

but IMO 600 slots is already an absurd amount

most chats don't use more than 100 emotes consistently

and by "most chats" I mean the chats with a LOT of viewers (smaller channels with slower chats will often use fewer emotes than that)

i.e. there are probably a lot of "dead" emotes that aren't in use anymore that you could remove, if you're actually maxing out 600 slots

Hi, I'm trying to link my Kick account to 7tv but I can't get it to work no matter what I do. I have tried multiple browsers, cleared caches, used just the 7tv extension and no others, I have tried using both the normal and nightly versions and the extension also has permissions for kick. After I click the sign in button from the top right 7tv logo, it opens up the pop-up for the log-in and the text box in the top right says 'Please wait...', but after it closes pop-up the message in the top right goes back to the 'Use this button to get signed into...' and the 7tv logo in the top right disappears (as seen in image), and the only way to attempt to sign in again is to reload the page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
