I went to TwitchCon Paris this year and got a code at your booth (for the exclusive paint + free subscription). Unfortunately the code on the card said that it was already redeemed when I got home so I could not ask for help on-site. I can provide all the evidence needed to prove that I was there and have the card with the code (I can provide pictures of my badge and the physical card that I still have on me). It is not possible to install the extension in Safari from the Chrome shop. But I have another solution that I need help with. I was able to successfully install FrankerFaceZ and BetterTTV scripts in the Userscripts extension (examples of how the extensions work are on the screenshots) - all the added extensions work properly. I want to use only 7TV without unnecessary extensions. In connection with all this, a question: is there somewhere the same function/script/code to add 7TV?

What you can do is:

1. Link your discord to your current 7tv account
2. Unlink your linked twitch account
3. Link the twitch account you desired

I am having an issue with the upload of an emote.
I've uploaded several emotes in the past, and I am trying to upload a new one and it immediately comes up with "unlisted" and "rejected personal use".
Other channels can add it to their emote sets but I cant? And I am the creator of it
The emote is completely harmless and just my OC dancing in a chibi art style.
(I've even made sure that the size is okay (468kb) and that the dimensions are lower than 900x900pixels)
Does anyone know what's wrong or what's happening?

Your friend would need to create an emote set first, they can do that in their 7TV profile page. After that, you can add emotes to their channel by clicking the list icon in the emote and select their emote set. You can also right-click the emote before clicking into is and navigate to "Use Emote..."

So what happened was I noticed my 7tv account was a different name and was no longer working on twitch after I had changed my name a few months ago. So I was figiting around with 7tv website settings and I unlinked my twitch with the 7tv profile and then signed out. Updating payment is not possible while you have active subscription, you need to cancel then wait for it to expire and then subscribe with new info.

Hi everyone! My Channel Specific 7tv Emotes are no longer showing up on my Stream chat. I have all the add-ons activated, the emotes themselves show up on the OBS Chat Widget and the Twitch chat itself, but not on Stream.
