ok so basically
you created a new 7tv account which is now connected to your twitch. Your old 7tv account is still connected to your discord. You need to recover your old account and free the connection off of the new account. You need to add a discord connection to the new account and then remove the twitch connection from the new account so it can be added back to the old account.

Step 1: create a new discord account and link it to your new 7tv account that was accidentally created. (Sign into the new account by logging out of 7tv and then right click the sign in button and click use twitch)

Step 2: unlink your twitch account from the new 7tv account

Step 3: log out of the new 7tv account and then right click the sign in button and login with discord.

You can then login with the original discord account linked and you should gain access to the old account

Step 4: link your twitch account to your old 7tv account

Yes, but its extra steps required than before, previously you just type the emote and it would change it in your chatbox ready to send, not it just stays as text, carousel does work though

I created the new Discord account. Connected it to the new one and disconnected twitch, but when I try to sign back in via Discord I get the internal server error. I tried logging in with twitch and got the same thing

Hey guys. I still have the issue that twitch badges won't load. Also it seems like the addon blocks loading ffz settings. I tried F5, CTRL+F5, reinstalled the whole addon, restartet the browser and also my pc but nothing helps. It doesn't seem to matter if any other addons are active or not. Hello, ever since the last 7TV update my modview on twitch is completely broken, my pause scroll keybind does not work, I can't reply to messages and gift subs appear as a blank line in chat with only the username of the gifter. depends on what features you value the most, I use ffz cuz of the inline, room and hover actions, they're like custom mod icons for any kind of commands you want and since 7tv replaces chat then those actions don't work with 7tv, this is why I prefer jsut to use ffz, but like I said, it depends what you care about the most

the only things I can think of atm that are unique to 7tv extension that are not in ffz is the instant update to cosmetics, mod logs (which might come to ffz soon) and changing the size of emotes to 1.25x 1.50x and 1.75x, other than that ffz has pretty much everything else, you can enable most features from 7tv on ffz via the 7tv addon.

I'm still testing the new update to see if I grow used to it and maybe change ffz to 7tv

unfortunately there were tons of conflicts with the other extensions even before v3. The old cosmetics system was also quite expensive to maintain and needed to be replaced asap. V3 aimed to provide improved performance, especially for older hardware. It also implemented a new cosmetics system which allows for instant changes.

ive got a problem using 7tv: installing extension prevents emotes from appearing above message box before sending but it doesnt affect twitch standard emotes

I also noticed when I'm looking for 7tv emots under the tab button, the message input field after a few such actions starts to lag and you have must to f5 page.

How do I turn 7tv settings back to where I can see donations in chat? I cannot see bits (animated) or resubs in my own channel and in others. When I deactivate 7tv, everything in chat looks and works perfectly.

normal chat badges aren't showing up, no sub badges prime badges etc. (except 7tv subscriber badges and ffz subwoofer badges)... may be an issue with compatibility with ffz as when i disable one or the other the issue resolves itself, is there a fix for this? UPDATE: it just fixed itself

I found your account. looks like the discord is still linked so thats good news.

where the sign in button in the top right is, right click on it and select "use discord then login with the connected discord account. then in your profile you should be able to link your twitch account

okay so i am really sorry because i am probably the 900th person asking this, and yes i am probably also the 899th person saying i cant find anything about it on the internet and am going to ask here, but everything 7tv related is like broken to me, i am not even able to click my profile because it is infinitely loading, my images are not showing and the emote menu in twitch itself also just shows nothing, it has been like this for a couple months now and i did find multiple reddit posts with the same problem but i didnt find any solution to it
i obviously did all the obvious troubleshooting things like reinstalling, uninstalling bttv and 7tv and all that shid but even the normal website for me aint loading, yes i updated my browser and cleared cache and all and i just fr dont know anymore especially since i dont know what the actual problem is i am unable to look for something specific cause im just some doofus

Past issue mentioned using vpn can load the images again, which probably means there's issue with where you are now or your isp blocking 7tv

Hello! While trying to add personal emotes I've noticed that a lot of them will have a pop up saying the emote has been rejected for personal use (Error 70403) and some emotes I can add to my personal emotes set but then are unusable in chats. They'll be greyed out and I can't click on them. Is this just a bug that will be ironed out in the future or is this intended?

Personal emotes are more stricted than normal emotes to prevent spreading toxicity to other communities

Every emote has to be approved or rejected for personal use to stop people using personal emotes in negative ways. Also to use an emote for personal use it has to be in 50 or more channels

I'm having an issue with 7TV and OperaGX for some reason everytime i click on an emote on the website it never loads. Another issue is that when I try to click on my profile on the website it doesn't take me to my account. I can't log into 7tv either through the emote menu for twitch.

I've tried to clear the cookies for 7tv, I reinstalled it and have restarted but to no avail. Can someone help me out with this tyty
