I have an issue I changed my username on Twitch back in December and just now getting around to working on my 7TV emote updating. I have checked the #faq and had no luck. Noticed in the search someone else had issues too. All of my emotes were working and I updated a few no, not a single one is showing on my chan. Username was UndergroundDance and its now itskooldown. I dont have my badge or anything anymore. on Twitch but, when I log into 7tv.app my original account is there. Please Advise

So the fix for this is a bit of a pain.

1. go create a new twitch account
2. on 7tv right click the login button and select "use discord"
3. you should be on your account that only has the discord linked and now you want to link that twitch account you just created to this account.
4. now that you have another account linked. you should be able to disconnect discord from this account now.
5. log out of 7tv and twitch. then log back into twitch on your main account.
6. try logging onto 7tv via twitch now and you should be able to access the account again.

Did you tried to "relink" your twitch account to rename the 7tv account?
"relink": Unlink your twitch account and signed in with twitch

Welp luckily you still have your discord linked to your sub account
try to right click the login button and sign in via discord to access your sub account

Just so you know there is no renaming feature right now. Relinking your twitch account would not work because the 7tv account is decoupled from the twitch account, and it would use the name of the first linked account as the 7tv display name.

If you wish to transfer your twitch account back,

1. On the new account (L3VAAAA, login with twitch), connect a dummy discord or youtube account (dont use any main acc that you'd care about)
2. unlink the twitch account on new account
3. Log back into your old account (J1YOVA) with discord by right clicking to login button
4. link your main twitch account

Sometimes if you upload the same emote twice a mod will remove one for being a duplicate. If 2 mods are working on the emote queue at the same time, it’s possible for each mod to remove a different emote, with the result being that both get deleted
