@versed kiln They only thing I really did in blender was separate the jaw from the skull, aswell as remove the head from the fullbody skeleton. Trust me, I don't know shit about blender either. I animated it using an after effects plugin called Element 3D, which in hindsight is pretty shit for animating. Couldn't find a skeleton model witch posable fingers so the arm and hand is just a png slightly animated with the puppet pin tool.
