but it might actually be my favorite role and isn't OP at all

now that I've been a DD, I realize that once you finish your dodo tasks literally NOTHING else matters except killing the other dodo

chasing the other dodo was incredibly fun and I love that the dodo is now also a role that doesn't care about getting caught

Yes. A moving arrow will pop up pointing you towards the other dueling dodo once you've completed all your tasks. If an arrow does not appear once you're finished it means that the other dueling dodo is already dead or disconnected.

Accusing a celebrity in meetings is the easiest way to deal with them because they won’t want to reveal their role, thus telling the ducks, but if they stay silent about it they’ll get voted out (and thus have their ability be useless)

Here's a tip. As a duck, when somebody kills and is suspected of lying about why, or even if someone was merely slightly suspicious, ask them directly if the celebrity has died, either in the meeting or in game in a prox chat lobby.
This will usually get you some information

You can also deduce if the celebrity died by how players are speaking, the questions they're asking and how sure they are that somebody is dead.

i like to make it even spicier and be aggressive with asking players if they know whether the canadian has died, as they try to explain to me thats not how it works

You also need to be careful blindly voting anyone who claims not to know who the Celebrity was. This is an easy Dodo win very often.

Though I did end up deleting the Sign in With Google account I created as I would like that added security of a password. Hopefully that doesn't harm anything.

Whatever login you use, just be sure to always use the same email. If you accidentally sign in with Google at a later time, it will look like you've lost any currency or unlocked cosmetics.
You would just need to sign back in with the correct email to fix, but it can be a shock if you don't realize the error.

As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

If you find none of that explanation sufficient, as Herbert always says, today we are one day closer than yesterday.

If using Steam.. If Steam goes down, it will sign you out. If you close steam, it will sign you out. If you disconnect from Steam, it can sign you out. You can run the game without running steam, but steam might not accurately reflect time played / achievements. My ISP was throttling me last month, it caused me DC's that ended up signing me out. - relaunching was easier than inputting my info lol.
