They are two very different trap kills.

The chandelier is a basic trap. Unlock it in the manor, then time it so that someone is standing under it when it drops.

The airlock, though... First you need to trap someone in the cargo bay. (This can be done by testing the airlock door with confirm animations on) Then find your way to the bridge, where a certain task opens the other doors.

They weren't a generic goose, just a X Goose (detective, medium, birdwatcher, etc.). Only thing that fights that is increasing neutral or duck roles, and even then...

I play and play until I eventually get duck but every time I get duck my teammates are smooth brained and play like their innocent. 10 minutes in I have 5 kills and they have none, sus is on me and they do nothing to try and help even when people arent for sure. Gameplay stuff

• New Mortician Goose role. The mortician uses their ability on a body. They stand still for 3 seconds, and then a success sound effect occurs. When the next meeting is called, the Mortician will see the role of the player who's body they investigated.
• Why is this named a mortician rather than a more apt name like the Coroner Goose? Mostly because we felt that the job of a Coroner is a more recent invention and that Morticians have been around for a lot longer and would fit in more time periods. We might end up changing this later
• Detective rework - The ability of the new detective is now that they can investigate once per round, but only see if the investigated player has killed THAT specific round.
  -This isn't really a buff, and is more of a different approach to the detective. This makes the detective a more active role, instead of having a one-time power. We expect players to think that this is a buff, but it isn't necessarily the case, as this new detective will undoubtedly be falsely clearing people much more often than previous detective
• Medium upgrade - A minor upgrade to the medium where they now see the number of ghosts as a fraction of the number of players. e.g. 4/15. This will also help them distinguish if a player has disconnected.

Quality of Life

• Language localization for a few languages. This will be a continual work in progress and the translations were made with the help of some of our dedicated fans in the community. We have also created a channel on the discord if you want to suggest a better translation for specific lines.
• In the lobby, you will be able to access the collections menu (wardrobe) and the game settings menu (typewriter/computer) with the use key
• Explore mode has been moved to the Tutorial
• Opening statements feature. In the first ten seconds of a meeting, the person who called the meeting will solely be allowed to speak. By default this will be on in public (and cannot be changed), and default off in private (but can be turned on).
• Hotkey added to expand or to close the task list

@woven dagger Counter: It’s not a bad idea to have a duck who doesn’t kill immediately. While yes, killing is one of the most powerful tools at a ducks disposal, it’s also what gets them voted out %90 of the time.
However, someone has to do the first kills. If you are able to cooperate and coordinate with your ducks well, then the idea of a frontliner doing the first few riskiest kills, and having all other ducks hang back until they die could be a valuable strategy.

If you’re playing public tho, then that honestly sucks idk what to do there.

Depending on the situation, a duck may not get a good enough chance to kill a goose or they may be trying to avoid killing specific players (as you should be doing and not just killing the first player you see) but not getting a chance to target others.

Its highly situational but I understand the frustration.

I had a game once where I was the falcon and killed every single player until the final 4 or 5 who were the ducks and a dodo or something. They killed nobody and won by voting me off instead.

If the gravy goose wants to collect the bounty, they must stay alive. If they are voted out instead of killed, it's lost. I'm pretty sure that transitive property goes with it through the chain of killing.

The #live-birds description states they must stay alive until the end of the game. Getting voted out counts as dying since you're being thrown into space or drowned in a pond, so I assume they must remain in the game until the end , alive, to claim the bounty.

Also, the Tavern is always a bloodbath, posted proof in duckumentaries.

Vigilante is like an anti-hero, okay with killing as long as THEY believe its a bad guy. So really that means they could kill anyone. Which is why I like the vigilante role. I usually do well with it, and I’ve never had a failed sherif kill either.

If you can have a spy as well, though, work together to pick off the geese one-by-one (or any of the more dangerous geese).

If your playing as him, make a note of every person who says their role and shoot them depending on level of worry(sheriffs, dodos, and Canadians are high priority)
Never shoot if you are not 100% sure of a role.
If your trying to beat the assassin, just don’t say your role.

it was supposed to mirror the Canadian in some ways, but different

where if the American died, all other geese would get an alert that the american died, but ducks and neutrals would not realize it

As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

If you find none of that explanation sufficient, as Herbert always says, today we are one day closer than yesterday.
