As someone with double deficit dyslexia, I feel this on so many levels. I tend to have some really fantastic ideas, but they get lost in translation between my brain and my words. I tend to over explain things, in a way that allows myself to understand what I'm trying to say and then people end up being like... well yea.. obviously, and I focus detail on explaining the wrong aspect. It's been a struggle for sure, but I feel like I'm getting better constantly. I've even had the privilege many times before covid to teach some classes for younger children with dyslexia about my experiences.

Nothing is impossible, you just need to find a method that works for you.

Yea, it's frusterating where the potrayal in media is jumbled words and writing backwards, while still very acurate, is not the most common characteristic or symptom. I've definitely witnessed children struggling to write simple words, and that always humbles me, knowing that as similar as we are, we are all so different, and have our unique struggles and challenges to overcome.

Yeah for me words and letters less move around but more strain my eyes and sometimes I just don’t see them entirely until I go back as for misspelling I generally just don’t realize I typed/wrote a wrong letter or that I didn’t capitalize because when I look I think I saw a capital I but it was actually a lowercase i it’s frustrating but I’ve gotten used to it. And the misinterpretation of dyslexia is understandable because it’s hard to explain and visualize especially since it’s different for each individual

Absolutely! If I actually posted what I wrote without going back to correct things, it would be completely illegible. That short one sentence response in the previous sentence, I corrected 10 words after writing them. Without spellcheck or word prediction, I don't think I'd have been able to be a moderator, lol.
