If the player in question is the host themselves, you and everyone else bothered by their behavior should leave and form a lobby of like-minded individuals, with your own agreed upon rules. If no one else in the game agrees with you, you probably shouldn't be playing in that lobby anyways.

Yes, Draft wastes time for token hunting. If you're running the lobby, I would also recommend setting movement speed to fast. Set the expectation of no kills, no meetings, and no sabotage. Task wins only.
