Well people were originally complaining that the mechanic was overpowered because it could camp in vents for the entire round.
Now that they've changed it, ppl (not just you btw) are annoyed that it can't sit in vents for the entire round.

The task pool is for Geese. Dueling Dodo will have a small number of fake tasks to complete in order to activate their kill button and the arrow pointing to the other Dodo (IF the other Dodo isn't already dead)

if you make a lobby then the game/app will create/host on the server closest to you. The server will change if you give the host to someone in another part of the world, and they change to another map. The last letter of the room code indicates which server the lobby was created on.

As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

If you find none of that explanation sufficient, as Herbert always says, today we are one day closer than yesterday.

There's a sliding scale in what might be "optimal" to play the game. Really, I find that it's better to adjust some settings based on the number of players. So, in this case, 8 players would be best played with 1 duck and 2 neutrals while 12 players can go up to 2 ducks and 3 neutrals. Of course, this can vary from group to group, and what other roles you want to turn on or off.

Every day, the servers refresh at that time. I don't know all the reasons why the servers are reset, but I know that's the time when the daily count of dead geese is reset.

If you want, it is possible to keep the same rooms open during the reset. One person just has to stay in the room while everyone else resets. With the new system, the ownership can even be given right back to the one who was host before!

If you've seen the teaser trailer for the launch of GGD, you'll know that ducks normally have smaller, rounder heads. They disguised themselves to better blend in with the geese to slaughter them.
