Many players with the Portuguese language tag have reported being unable to connect unless they are using a VPN. This may be due to a restriction in place by your internet provider and/or government.

I have this bug when my mic isn't working
it's working everywhere else but not in ur game ? I unisntalled and installed the game multiple times ( tried different accounts and mics and even steam accounts
i'm playing on mac with a hyperx headset, it shows up and works on discord etc but doesn't show up on GGD for mic input. anyone know a fix?
When you enter a lobby, first check in the sound settings that the microphone is selected as the input device. If the correct one is selected, try using the mic test to see if it's picked up.

Hello! It’s been awhile that I’ve played goose goose duck and I want to try it again after a long while. However, my goose goose duck account is linked to my steam account and every time I press play on steam it says I need to enter my log in details.
Is there anyway to be able to log on to my original account rather than creating a new one? I have all my cosmetics previously on my account.
I’m on mobile and when I try to do a thing on here it disconnects me from the game I’m hosting
GGD accounts are not linked to Steam. All accounts were linked with an email or a Google account. If you need support with your account, please contact support@gaggle.fun 
If you're playing on mobile, if another app has focus, the GGD app likely will not remain connected. Please do not switch apps while playing GGD

Mobile players will need to update their version to 3.06. Sometimes Mobile takes longer to deploy, you can try clearing your cache to see if you can find an update on your device

Does your device have at least 2Gb of free ram? Typically this is reported by users who don't have enough available ram. Closing all background processes that aren't in use and restarting your device usually helps. I believe the current minimum ram recommended is 3Gb

To add clarification to D20s statement:
Offers are player-to-player but when presented the offer, it's the same for everyone
For example you see the Feline Whiskers offer, whereas I may see another offer (different cosmetic, etc)
Players don't "get it for much less" but receive different offers at different times
(Another thing to note, on mobile devices, prices are adjusted to local currency (i.e. USD vs CAD) whereas steam/website offers are always USD)
recently i have been getting a bug when trying to join a room
it will show a message saying "security violation", I can't see what it says because the message closes after a second or two, it will bring me back to the main menu when the message closes, after that there will be no rooms available in the search and I will need to restart the game so it can work again

There are a few variations of this device, with either 2 3 or 4 GB of RAM.
If 2 GB, the device does not meet minimum specifications.
If 3 GB of RAM, you may wish to restart the device and ensure no other apps are running when launching the game and joining a lobby.
If 4 GB of RAM, the device should not have issues unless you have a lot of other apps running in the background.

Goose Goose Duck is supported on Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS platforms. Linux has never been an officially supported platform and if GGD was playable on linux in the past, it was a happy accident. The team is constantly working on improving the game. Linux may or may not be supported sometime in the future!

Guys, i`m trying to use voicemod on the game, but GGD doesn´t recognize the voicemod virtual microphone. I´m using a Macbook air 12 from 2016, what can i do?

I will say i used to have voice mod, and the thing that caused the most issues was the fact that in task manager there would be 3+ Voicemod applications running, and if this occurred i wouldn't be able to use it as a mic in GGD, a few people i know have had similar issues, dont know why it does that, but it may be worth looking into alternative soundboards or voice changing software if the issues continue to bother you.

Unless you meant for the game menus to be in Hungarian, I would exit the settings and change the language with the globe button on the main menu
Its not only the settings that is weird but also some buttons on in the menu does not work like the "custom" button or the "sign out" button

For myself, I think email is better. I had an issue with my account and now I think that issue is resolved on my end (not sure, but I believe so) but a Zendesk ticket I can't update if I didn't create an account for it beforehand so - oops.
Going to send an email next time I have an issue instead - I can at least reply to my own email to have it stick alongside it.

If you're using steam, an update will be queued, and if you do not see one you might have to restart your steam client. If you downloaded GGD from the gaggle site, an updated version will have been uploaded. If on mobile, you'll need to check your app store directory for any updates. Thank you for your patience!

Unfortunately, we cannot control when bad actors enter a game, but we do provide in-game tools to help moderate your lobbies. Conversations that go on in-game are still private, and we do not have access to the audio in any way. You can block or mute the relevant players in-game and use the in-game censoring filter. Public lobbies have report features that will be attached to their accounts and may result in bans. The relevant players can also be kicked from the lobbies by the host and will not be able to rejoin unless permitted to by the host. If the player in question is the host, and a sufficient number of players block their mics, they will be kicked from the game, and once again that will be reflected on their account.

This can usually be fixed by changing from IPv6 to IPV4. If you are using Windows 10, click on your start menu and open the Control Panel. Open Network and Internet, and then Network and Sharing Center. On the left menu, select Change Adapter Settings. Right click on the network connection that you use, and select Properties. Scroll down to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and un-check the box, and then select OK to save your settings.

I tried to disable echo cancellation and noise cancellation everywhere I could: in Steam, in the game, in the sound settings in Windows. Nothing helps.

it offen happens with roles with arrow, only on this map after meeting it shows me to go to vent and then arrow goes outsite of map
It looks like the player actually a little further to the left of the sewer (arrow points above sewer rather than directly to it)
Once you enter the sewer though, it should point you to the nearest ladder to reflect that.
I would report this as a bug next time you encounter it via the settings menu in the lobby after the game ends
Btw there is also a bug on corruption mode about getting normal sabotage tasks as a task

Sending a bug report is preferred from within the game as it will send along log files and other necessary details while doing so, whereas the email method does not.
Hey im having an issue logging out of my account. Some times when i try to log in it'll freeze and stop on the reward collection. other times i can get past it but still wont let me collect the reward and wont let me customize my duck or let me find a game. I try to sign out and will not let me do that either. Also my game got changed from english to another language some how and will not let me change it back either. So is it just impossible on mobile to play this game and be in a discord call at the same time even with in game chat turned off? I try and join any lobby and it closes out my discord call every time.

Some mobile devices even if you don't give permission still prevent sleeping apps from using the voice of another program.
Discord has a setting you can enable to allow your discord to run at the same time as other apps.
Enabling "mobile overlay" should allow you to play and be in a discord call at the same time.
I've had the overlay on and it still shuts down discord the second I join a lobby.

We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. When the client is running normally, the main menu is displayed after the anti-cheat is loaded, and the client is forced to shut down after a few seconds.
When I ran the client in admin mode, the game runs normally, but I couldn't make a room and participate in the game, so I only logged out my Gaggle account

Unfortunately, we cannot control when bad actors enter a game, but we do provide in-game tools to help moderate your lobbies. Conversations that go on in-game are still private, and we do not have access to the audio in any way. You can block or mute the relevant players in-game and use the in-game censoring filter. Public lobbies have report features that will be attached to their accounts and may result in bans. The relevant players can also be kicked from the lobbies by the host and will not be able to rejoin unless permitted to by the host. If the player in question is the host, and a sufficient number of players block their mics, they will be kicked from the game, and once again that will be reflected on their account.
Usually when that happens, the other dodo is already dead. If you see it happen, though, you could report it as a big after the round by clicking the Bug Report tab in the Options menu

The upload is below the minimum required speed, if on wifi, you might try connecting with an ethernet cable if possible

Hello just here to tell you there is currently a bug in the carnival map that lets people go out of the map, so as Canadian you auto self report, well for some reason one of my friends tried running themselves over with the roller coaster as Canadian but they didn't die instead they got out of the map and was running around the area the entire time. Atho this may be a harmless bug it's still something that needs fixed.

Goose Goose Duck is supported on Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS platforms. Linux has never been an officially supported platform and if GGD was playable on linux in the past, it was a happy accident. The team is constantly working on improving the game. Linux may or may not be supported sometime in the future!

This is a graphical driver failure, and happens when your DX11 drivers write the wrong resolution to your registry.
If you are using windows, type WINDOWS+R to open the run window. Type in “regedit” and launch the registry editor. Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE, delete every folder with Gaggle (Gaggle Studios, Gaggle Studios INC, Gaggle.Fun, GaggleStudios). Be careful NOT to delete the Google folder. Relaunch your client, and have fun
So my friend is unable to launch the game, when he does it completely crashes his laptop. He's able to play heavier games such as Cyberpunk 2077 with no issues.

I've noticed that this happens multiple times: a player's messages don't go through (it happened to me once too). You send text, it's shown as sent, but the other players can't see them. On many occasions, when you kill as GWG or report a body in general, this ruins the very purpose of social deduction. I've sent a few bug reports in-game; hopefully, it gets fixed soon. Another bug is getting stuck in the cosmetics section when you're playing the game and the host starts while you were changing accessories or used the machine. You'll get stuck in the cosmetics section, and the game will continue. I couldn't report this particular bug because I had to restart the game just to access the normal interface. another bug which happened just earlier today was that a few players were randomly kicked or stuck including host ,it either showed kicked or just unable to use any controls till they closed the game. The map was eagleton springs draft for the last one others situation happened in multiple maps

I would first troubleshoot your network. If using wifi or ethernet cable, reboot the modem and/or router you are connected to. If using mobile data, reboot the mobile device. When the connection is restored, complete a speed test and ensure BOTH upload and download speeds are above 10 Mbps.
Certain countries or localities may require using a VPN to ensure a stable connection.

If you create a new game account for PC, you can link the new account to your existing account in the GGD mobile app in Settings > Account. Take care to follow the instructions carefully so you don't overwrite the existing account. If you need assistance with your account, you can contact support@gaggle.fun

Yesterday I was able to access the game after the update, but today when I accessed it again I noticed the problem.
After opening the game on steam and loading the page it immediately flashes back closing the game and going back to the steam page.

That bot isn't really a "bot", but commands the mods use to quickly send a message that they frequently use. So if the guide bot said something to you, that was actually just a human.
Like if a mod said !role (don't know the exact command, I'm not a mod), then the bot would post the "We'll discuss your role idea, but it likely violates some of the things we want or don't want in a role. Check out the role guide document here" message
well, i send a message in #🐣︱classic-role-ideas and it got immediate deleted and i received a message in mine DMs saying "don't send the same message over and over again! 😡", that was the first message after like a day in that chat btw. The speed wasn't a human thing
Nope definitely the bot flag triggering. Checking the deleted message the word duck probably triggered the response being almost every other word in the suggestion
The bot is actually a bot lol with some commands that moderators can trigger

I dont know if this is the right spot for this if not please let me know. Is there a goose goose duck admin on this discord server that can help us with excessive and repeated harassment? My self and another streamer are needing help with a troller who has repeatedly been harrassing my friend for over a month no matter what lobby she goes to. This troller has been able to use multiple accounts and returning frequently to harass my streamer friend and playing a sound board utilizing the N word excessively. As of late it appears to be a much more serious issue with the troller utilizing other peoples accounts. My streamer friend has recorded evidence and i can put you into contact with her if you would like to talk to her more.

The best way to avoid negative interactions is to keep the lobby code private and only allow trusted stream community members to join the lobby.
I have advised my friend to start a ticket for this in the appropriate channel since she is currently the victim of this person. the harrassment has sadly gotten to a point where it may require law enforcement assistance. Since they not only follow her on the game but have been continuously harrassing her outside of the game. Hopefully, yall will be able to help with the game side of things.
