All I could get is why rabbits and chickens have been renamed "hopalong" and "peki" respectively.
To my ears "chapaa" sounds like our dialectal way to say "take it!" / "take this!" Which also means that yes, the "Chapaa Chase" mini game sounded twice as self-explanatory to me.

I've been foolish enough to look into that site (while private browsing. And also took a swipe with my antivirus afterwards for extra good measure).
They do mean Palia gold, as in that gold you can get from selling stuff. They also have an option to sell waterlogged chests. And the cherry on top: they sell accounts too.
There are also other games involved, but the sole fact that they sell accounts for even just one is proof enough of what kind of shady site that one is.

I mean..not sure how many MMOs you've played, but this is quite normal... gold sales, anything that can be traded and such and especially accounts. People either sell their accounts to them or they have people that level them up then sell them to the site/ work for the site. This is very much so in a lot of games honestly.. not just MMOs. League, Dota, CS, Starcraft, Overwatch, Fortnite, WoW, FF14... list goes on. Just a good rule of thumb is to report and ignore. But like I said, pretty normal.

Selling accounts is... not exactly legal. At least according to EULA.
On games like Warframe, if they find out you sold or bought an account, you're insta-banned permanently.
But I'm no legal expert, so I guess there could also be a case of "each company has their own policy" in this matter.

Selling accounts and gold is just a normal thing that happens with most games. My point is this is nothing out of the norm.. just report the accounts that post and ignore. Also doesn't matter if something is "illegal" or not, people still do it. Lol. My point is it doesn't matter if something is "legal" or "illegal" (though not necessarily illegal, no legal system is going to arrest anyone if anything you could say it's against the spirit of the game if not the ToS) people are still going to do stuff that breaks ToS because they don't care.
