I personally think that best use for fearful energy would be to see if your government provides a checklist for an emergency kit (typically these are used in hurricanes, floods, anything where you could/would be out of your home for an extended period) and go ahead and pack one. You don't need it right now, but it's useful to have. Most people recommend just keeping one pack in your storage room, some of then are years old.

We get tropical storms amd hurricanes where I live so we usually keep one packed in case we need to evacuate.

And since we prepare ours ahead of time, we don't have to worry about people panic buying the entire store or contributing to the panic buying

I understand and agree with you, but I still wanted to show support. It's not easy, both for us and definitely for our brothers in Ukraine. We Poles know better than anyone else how it feels to be left alone without any help.
And it really hurts when someone says "it's politics". No, it's not. People are dying, this is only the second day of the war and Russian troops already committed many war crimes.

I was trying to fix my power button, I accidentally plugged mouse cable to bios flashback port and I think I pressed flash button while moving the pc

The hdmi ports on your graphics card as well as the graphic outlet on your ps3 are build as outlets. To connect 2 devices as you imagine you'lee a special capturing card (ex. for your pc) but that connection will not be able to add the graphical power of those two devices. As the name suggest a capturing card can only capture an already processed video stream for recording or live streaming

about 5 months ago I decided to build a new PC
The water pump I got for CPU cooling was damaged - okie dookie, not a big deal, sent to manufactuer, they replaced it -all good
other company sent me wrong RAM - I ordered 32 GBs and they sent me 16 - okay, this can occur in the chaos, its okay I sent it back, got the right RAM
last week it turned out that the RAM they sent me IS BROKEN.
so I ordered a new one and everything worked
last week I also spilled glue on part of my PC case.
My reset button does not work anymore, but my power button was somewhat working. Until 2 days ago
2 days ago I attempted to fix the power button, because it was working with smoothness of chainsaw
I unscrewed 1 screw, got the button out, got my sand paper to remove glue and put everything back together - smooth as ever.
but my PC was stuck, nothing on screens, my RAM RGB was not working and PC wouldn't POST.
DRAM LED on the motherboard was lit up all the time.
So today I tried everything - removed RAM, used only 1 stick, even removed the whole god damn CPU (at least I replaced thermopaste and updated the BIOS lol)
nothing.
And I decided, "well, I probably bricked my motherboard". I was getting ready to remove it from my case, I started from unplugging front panel

And something told me "hey, try with only Power button connected to the PC"

you wouldn't guess - It booted

Glue must've somehow damage the reset button thus I wasn't able to boot.
