The issues of home office are just that people don't make use of the things they could do. Before and after work i take 30 minutes preparing or relaxing. I call coworkers for a little chitchat while working. I participate in the game activities with the company like gartic phone. Stuff like that basically helps with seperating work and home + keep you social.

@faint dawn Interesting, I was thinking something along the line of Guild War where they have multiple instancing for servers, and my thought is that they would instance the world in near infinite fashion and players can come together to live with each others as a community/neighborhood in one particular instance and so forth

I was thinking along of the line of limited plots per instance, but there are infinite instances, so basically you can participate a neighborhood on any of those instanced world.
