afaik the only option is body types and options that are not locked to specific body types, i dont think gender is ever an option. npcs probably either use your name or say they, or both, but they wont gender you in any way.

This does bring up a good point about concept art and final art! So a lot happens between an artist doing an expression sheet and the implementation of a character in game. Sometimes these changes are done to accommodate game engine limitations, other times we just learn something new about the character and update their model to reflect this.

you can tilt it in almost any direction, angle it, the keys are not in a straight line because fingers are different lengths, and you can program each key to be any key, with 10 different 'layers' for different setups, like dvorak on one and qwerty on another, game specific keys on another
