Generally, we've always enjoyed games that can be played together, coordinate tasks together either through assistance or discussing habits while doing it together, especially in more chill way that doesn't rely on adrenaline. As was just talking about, wife is on the spectrum, so over competitive games that rely on getting your adrenaline up can be overwhelming, so instead something akin to a community sim would be more in tune pace-wise.

1 Tbsp ground mustard

1 tsp chipotle pepper
pinch of cloves

Recipe is meant for a specific lower fodmap diet (not entirely), so lacks onion and garlic, so by all means tinker with adding these at your leisure.

And that's fair! In my mind however, paragliding like that would be... somewhat meaningless if it's just predetermined paths. Unless it's like, for gliding-style "go through these rings while flying" minigames, then having gliding be along predetermined paths would be kinda meaningless.
