Yeah, I still am passionate about the game to some extent-- it has a special place in my heart. I also very much still care about the community. It's why I'm still so willing to
- Check the patch to see if any accessibility concerns get addressed, improved, etc.
- Open the game to help navigate menus, get to specific settings, etc
- Test specific mechanics/things in the game to answer questions ppl may have, see how it runs, and again, if the accessibility concern/aspect has improved, and things similar.

but the gameplay has to be fun
The Griffons (design wise in general) are my fav. I immediately went and bought a GW2 plush of one because of it.
that and i hit the change season thingy and didnāt realize that iād have to do quests from the start too and lose all my stuff

... I can't participate in some of the skills all that much, because of these reasons. I used to be able to manage doing fishing and the like early on, but it's gotten worse over time- and now it's too much for me to fish, for example. Hunting is tolerable if I remember to take breaks and not rush, same with bug catching.
a lack of story progression / not a lot of new content for the players that have been lingering since the Switch & Steam launch, you have a divide. There's the existing players that feel like the plushies are their achievable goals (along with stuff that pops up through the market), and the new players that still feel like the world is your oyster.
