You have to reach the point where Eshelon gives you the new relics in the main quest to unlock it, iirc you have to finish that quest

And when you first start the game, a feminine voice guides you through character creation? Who else can it be but our beloved Phoenix? ||Also related to those quests, notice how, when you clense Taylin/the Beast, there's purple text of an unknown voice saying "Let me in"? I think that's the Curse that turned Ulfe (and later Taylin) into the Beast. It's repeatedly mentioned that the curse can't be cured, only transfered from host to host. Also, Ulfe says the Echo (or the Curse itself) talked to him and he accepted it, letting it inside him and turning him into the Beast.||

I was like "I'm not gonna buy the voucher since I know I get a free one!" and you can't even ride it! it's just for ranching. you have to buy the riding license for pheonixfires to be able to ride them. otherwise you can only ride regular dawnspurs.

||I don't think Auni's at risk, because he as no attachment towards the Elderwoods or even knows what Echo is. So far, the Curse's hosts have been Ulfe, a child born in the Elderwoods and who saw his parents attacked by Palian knights, and Taylin, a woman who came to hunt the Beast but couldn't bring herself to do it because Ulfe was just a child. So far, its hosts have been willing at first to take on the curse, then wish they hadn't because of the things it made them do.||

||I think that the player is the only one who the Curse would want to attach itself to, because we 1) know about Echo, 2) want to find the source of it, and 3) know a lot regarding many things, primarily Flow, Echo, and Humanity. Those are all things the "lord of Echo" Majordomo (the galdur thingy that blows us up) talks about might want to know. Plus, who else would it attach itself to? Tamala, Hassian, and Sifuu aren't that great because, while Tamala knows a fair amount, she's not human. It's had two hosts so far, and both have been Majiri.||

||I think the reason Humans are coming back is because Embra wants us to fight the Echo. That's why she (maybe, it's still unconfirmed but it's probably her) talked to us while we were unconcious. She congradulated us on our work, telling us we did a good job. The Enfields, as evidenced by the quest Canon Cannon, wanted to kill the gods (Maji and Embra) and replace them with the Lord Of Echo, whoever that is||

(Note this is all me theorycrafting. I may be entirely wrong, but I may be right) (Also sidenote, I WAS RIGHT when I theorized that ||a new "god" was being born!!!!||)

Huh, I didn't know that. It's definitely a bit scummy that they're doing that, but other than the buff being behind a paywall, I (personally) have no qualms with needing a riders license for them. It's the same as the Handler's License at that point -- just a fun bonus option for supporting the devs! But yeah, there being an exclusive buff for paying is bit iffy.

I absolutely understand it's a free game and they do need to make money. but a pay-to-win model is sooooo scummy. I absolutely looooove buying cosmetics in games like this, but cosmetics don't offer special buffs. so that's how I justify it! it's like "I can buy this super cute/cool outfit to support the game, and know that I'm not doing it to pay-to-win". someone reminded me that the pets had a similar thing when they came out. only people that bought premium pets could send stuff back to storage. so to mitigate that, the storyline was updated to give everyone a free pet that let's you send stuff to storage. if the story gives us a free pheonixfire, we should be able to ride it.

Yep, totally agree with everything you said, other than the part about riding Phoenixfires. You can get them in the game for free and use them on the ranch for free, so I don't think being able to ride them should be a requirement (since that's essentially a cosmetic change from the Dawnspurs). But, as you said, it's got a gameplay mechanic attached to it, which of course means that I can't say I'm in favor of it, either. Basically what I'm saying is if there weren't a buff for having the Phoenixfire, then this would be 100% acceptable -- but, much like with courier pets, I'm not sure I can support it fully since there is a level of paywalling features with it (you can have a free courier pet but can buy extra slots as well). So, I'd say this falls to individual beliefs at that point.

theres a chance of bags or soup to spawn, the bag will be leaning against the wooden table the soup will be ontop of it, currently campsites are bugged so you can server hop to have a chance of getting new campsites, some have gotten up to 6 of them in 1 playthrough via server hopping

yes, they change places and respawn loot once an irl day. right now they are a bit bugged and serverbound so sometimes you can find already empty sites, or even find 3 lootpiles in one day

the campsites you've found will show up on your map if they are active, no need for a tracker, however if you haven't found a campsite yet the location will not appear on your map and it will be unknown until you discover it

Ok, haveing a what the heck moment. I got the seed for the twisted tree some time ago and planted it. Been watering it and watching it grow and this morning when I watered it again it was huge. The river is freshwater. Freshwater fishing nodes are bugged to only give saltwater fish. That's why starred sillyfin drop from jaakcats as a temporary fix to let people complete the board

1. Those are stamina bubbles, they give your horse more stamina while sprinting (mount stamina, btw, is the green bar that depleates while you're going at max speed)

2. Yeah, "House Of Nightshade" is Southwest on the board. Dunno why, devs are aware though

If you have Amadeus’ blessing equipped, swap to a different ring. That ring seems to be bugged for a lot of players and appears to be having the opposite effect. This is unconfirmed by devs but there’s enough anecdotal evidence to make this a likely issue.
