I never did the quest so don't wanna mess it up. Found one answer there, talk to Hekla and pay attention what she says and do it. After Hekla u need to do gardener part.

I don’t know if y’all are having the “talk to a villager, get booted” bug, but I found if you delete then re-instal the game it cuts the instances of that happening. Doesn’t fix the issue, but it seems to help.

I was dropping every single time I’d try to talk to any villager. Now I can talk to 3 or 4 before getting a peek at the code and having to log back in

I did this today.

Chatting with villagers is beginning to feel normal again, instead of looking inside the ark of the covenant.

when you synch to the internet, it synchs to your time

it wants you to be in your correct time for your time zone

so dont set the clock to anything, just synch it to the internet

If you need a suggestion for inexpensive joycon alternatives, because drift inevitably will kill your joycons, I suggest the binbok joycons. They're like $57 USD and are much more comfortable, though are much bigger.

the older joy cons were made poorly, nintendo even knew about it, i believe.

Drift is still an issue, even with new joycons.

It's because they use a fine layer of graphite where the board connects to the control stick. once it rubs through too much, it just breaks it.

i believe, you can still send in the joy cons for free to have them repaired with nintendo. you won't have access to the system until they come back to you though

Did you go to the website via the connect part on Twitch to connect? I was having difficulty until I realized Palia had glossed over needing to click on a tab that has to do w linking Steam and Twitch to Palia. After that, you should be able to claim them, but I didn't get them to my News sect right away. I looked the next day and had them there to claim like you would things Singularity 6 sends in game

you can't. the only way to tell is either by hitting the item limit through regular decorating or, if you can try placing fences one at a time til you hit the number and count how many you used. those that are seeing it on pc are probably using an app or program

it involves using a builder's wall and an industrial shelf. place the shelf on the wall, place the block that will be part of your arch on it, build a staircase of some sort next to the wall and climb up to place the next block of the arch. then go back to the shelf and rotate the shelf once. the blocks will move with it. it talks better in the tutorial

i don't know how they built that arch that you showed exactly, but it's probably the same idea

The flower part of the archway is easy. It's the rotation that's the hard part.

See how they used the builder pole things for a railing. That's ultimately what I'm talking about. On p.c. you can flip things like this.

@tight skiff There's definitely a cool down on it. It's either 15 or 30 mins. However you can use the stables to teleport home if it's on cool down.

You can press "R" and start typing and the full screen keyboard doesn't pop up

you still need to play with the joy cons or controllers. but to chat you can use it. sometimes it is buggy and won't let me put things like "?" or anything where I need to press shift lol. I have found creative ways to ask questions without using a question mark.

You have to have a Twitch account and link it to your palia account. *Note that the palia account must be tied to your in-game user.
Then you go to twitch and search for people playing palia. They will usually say something like "Drops On". From there you watch for the number of hours needed to get the items you want. I usually turn it on and play it in the background while I work haha.

@coral bridge I will say the best advice I ever got was....when you're reeling the fish in and it starts to go crazy and out of the bracket and your "health" bar turns red to stop reeling it. Move you pole around until it's back inside the yellow bracket and then start reeling the fish in again. I had no clue you could stop reeling the fish in once you caught it! And that made such a difference for me!

It may take some time to get used to it. But trust once you do this you will be a fishing pro!

Also! There are things you can craft eventually that will help with fishing. Worms, upgrading your rod, and the fishermen's brew which is something you cook.

I think there is food you can eat that also will boost your fishing. But I hate fishing tbh! And haven't experimented with the food! Lol
