Hello! I’m trying to float lamps (homestead lamp) near the tree.

For the stackable, I used treasure chests. For the base, I used paver then place the lamp above the paver using alternate place key. But when I tried to move the paver (base), the lamp is not attached. Seems like it is attached to treasure chest and not on the paver. In the YT tutorial, paver and lamp should be movable together. Am I doing something wrong?

You are floating the homestead lamps that look like pots yea? I stacked builders blocks to the height I wanted, Paver on the ground, cancelled on the top of the builders blocks, and place the lamp on top, move paver away and it linked it.

You most likely purchased the Snowy Tiled Roof. You can press G to remove the roofing.

city hall sells new roofing and some other npcs forgot which if u want new colors

On Switch, you press X to remove the roofing. Make sure to be looking at the roof.
It will just go back to the default roof style once you remove the Snowy Tiled Roof.

Sometimes it can take me 20 tries before I get it but my timing is horrible

And weirdly, if you switch your direction it can help too (facing a different direction when flicking the item) Or at least it makes a difference for me

So if you are looking down facing north, try moving to the other side (south) of the item you are using to flick I hope that makes sense

Is anyone having issues ghosting a building? I’ve been watching numerous videos, have followed along…I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong…but I can’t get anything to ghost to another plot.
I set up an empty plot, have a harvest house with a hallway attached.
I’ve bound my secondary confirmation move key.
I’ve changed both plots to have the same landscape.
Make sure my building piece is lined up under “load plot” and have tried several variations of hitting the secondary key. Right when I hit load plot, just after load plot, double-clicked mouse instead of secondary key.
Changed outfits with no special effects
Removed my companion

The sacks work nicely inside, as long as you have the space. A cozier build and it's almost impossible. And the jugs end up being more display pieces bc of their size... It would've been nice to use a few indoors for kitchens and whatnot without having to worry about that.

It's not broken, it's the new items. I tried flicking other fencing/edging and it allowed me to on every surface but the new one, and it won't allow you to flick the new fence either

Why is this even possible. 😂 Kitsuu has a placable space on his nose. For wall mounted stuff. Had been awesome if there was a tiny fish you could put there like it has hunted for food. 😛

I don't think that's because of the kitsuu, but more because it's nose is on the invisible grid. Basically theres's a placeable wall grid all over the wall, but it dissapears where the doors and windows are. Buuuuut, if you place items at the exact grid point, you can catch the grid even where it's not visible. You want use something that has no wall surface for the stack (like bugs or something). You'll be able to place wall items on it and then remove the bugs and the item will stay floating.
This is called "catching the invisible grid" method.

Yes. You get the "plans" but you still have to provide materials for them. Usually it's sapwood and stone blocks. For the most part some have iron and glass, depending if you are doing windows or doors.

Unfortuantely it looks like you'll have to wait till the dates below or get the regular anemone flower

On the plus side you can get the regular anemone flower as a potential drop from Garden Mantis, which is avaliable Kilima lake or Kalima Valley at any time!

Yh large room. I had a couch but it kind of took away space instead of added. I don't have that many plushies left to collect tho. I will put some in other places. I have a flutterfox armchair corner for those little ones. 😁

You can't sit it on the new bridge pieces, and they are un-flickable, so they will only sit on the grass. I am very sad about it

The grid that shows there on that window is supper finicky, so anything you put up there will be a bit of a pain. But you can put a curtain up there or something if you like
