You can do it by using a bowl/pillar on top of the block and group selecting from the pillar

That's how you can glitch things into the wall or other furniture easier

Hi, i toured plots and stumbled apon this one and i really want to know how the person got these colors onto furniture? I cant seem to do it via the color bench. I simply surrounded it with junipers and added a silverwing plush at the base of the nest's pillar I build it next to my gazebo phoenix temple area (You can check it out if you want, it's on tour It's the only build I don't have screenshots of...)

You can buy multiple plots, each time getting more expensive but there're no difference (it can if you buy landscapes, I guess) People usually tend to use 1 plot per project, so that's when it comes in useful For example, I have :

-My main plot
-My witch house
-My airBnB
-A plot to dump my glitches
-A plot to work on designs for my gf

ok first, is there a way to make the water bar not show up on trees? i want trees at different stages on my plot but im not a fan of that showing up
and second, if i clear all the trees and stone on the outside without buying the spaces, will they spawn back or stay clear

no the water bars wont dissapear until they mature trees, and once u clear the trees and stones they won't spawn back gone forever. If u want FREE decors that can act as fillers for your plots i wouldn't recommend getting rid of them i regret getting rid of mine 🙂

you know I am having this problem for ages.
I wish we could sort by rarity in the crafting menu as long as this weekly exists.
and I really wish they would update new sets with rarity, as by now the items needed for crafting a decor does so not correspond to rarity of the decor.
that being said.
usually the large lamps of a set are rare, mirrors and sinks for some strange reason.
fountains and some umbrellas too. so you can start by searching these and go clicking in the crafter from there.

Merging ? You have a few ways, pillar/bowl and multi-select or cancelling method

I did a Jeweler station that i'm so happy with! I wanted to get that cottage nature feeling that shopdixi have,and since i love making jewelery i had to make this station! If you have known about shopdixi for a while you may have seen this ring they sold at their homepage,well i'm the one that designed that "Forestial gold acorn sterling silver ring",so that was an inspiration source while building this as well! 😊

To the left i made a jewelry rolling mill machine and a welder machine, after that by the tools i did a coarse flat file, and lastly some stud earrings,ring boxes,necklaces and an amethyst bead bracelet! 😊

It is definitely a compliment. I spent a solid 10 minutes in your cozy cottage once. The decor limit is the sole reason (plus placement limitations) I don’t go all out like I want to . My libraries are minimal because books take up so much space. 😭

Maybe try with the grid off and slow down your mouse if u can (I do it with the buttons on my mouse, helps with hitting the right spot)

I was able to get it to work, but with the stone pillar instead of the wooden one. I had to turn the grid off, wiggle the mouse around where it turned green, and just click until it stuck. Guess the wooden ones are broken now. It's nearly impossible to see where it turns green too. At least it's not completely broken tho.

Buuut if u can do cancellations then it is pretty easy, just I recommend putting there one pillar or a wall to measure the distance to hit the right spot

Hi! I've seen other people's houses where they have a smaller archway or a smaller working door inside of their home. Does anyone know when I unlock this? At the moment all of my rooms connect with wide archways which is frustrating! Help would be greatly appreciated - thank you ☺️ 🌿

It's a glitch, there are no interior doors in game as of now. As far as archways go, you can change the archway style in building mode. Just go into the aerial view (H on pc, not sure on switch). Click the edit button on the house piece and it'll give you the option.

I actually saw a yt video recently that showed a hack that I have used in other games before. If you turn the large fountain upside down you get the water effect without the fountain piece, then just hide what's peeking out with rocks/foliage and terraform pieces. They used it with sunken chic tables to make a river with a waterfall.

Also, I bet the tree fountain layered with the makeshift I think it is? flower bed one would look really good. Or are those the ranchhouse with plants in them?

You can place anything on them. Even ground items. That's why they are so coveted. Makes the perfect glitching tool and is small so it's easy to hide.

This is how you get around the red present with building blocks, but it takes a few extra steps, and as you can see it's a bit harder to hide... I missed the placement on this one so the floor sticks out a bit on the left. So while it works for things like this, floating, say, an arch or something in your house would be a pain bc u have to hide the floor piece.

Anyone know of any other reasons why grass pokes through the pavers besides fountains? I never had this issue before, but now all of a sudden the grass is poking through my path. I have the small bellflower fountain on it, but it never popped through before, and I didn't change anything in this small area where it occurred. It's also only poking through in random areas, not around the fountain itself really.

if the tiles are linked up the grass will show thru one them, you just have to pick it up and unlink it and it should be fine

i find even when touring that the small builds tend to be my favorite. there's definitely some really impressive lovely big plots out there, but there's something i find really appealing about a smaller plot that has like a solid theme and is done really well with a lot of attention to detail

Realistically recolors for furniture requires them making a new version of every customizable item in that color. I doubt they have higher end color changing technology in place than that, judging by inconsistencies between pieces in the same colors, it seems like more of a swatch system

I was collecting the seed, immediately grabbing the fully grown furniture, and stuffing it in my inventory.
Quite frankly I have a ridiculous amount of furniture and I think because it sometimes take a minute to populate when I go in my storage; the game wasn't acknowledging the status change of the item.

So I would then pull it back out and place it, and it would have another seed to collect. On occasion I could get it to do this 3-4 times.

(this was way back in july of last year that I was encountering it, and haven't tested anytime recently, so its possible it's been fixed in the time between)

Yes, it is If you put a bowl in the bookshelf and multiselect from it, you can put it on top of tables (it works for all furnitures if you want to stack them)

Yeah I started playing as soon as it came out of closed beta. I would come home and find someone messing with my stuff. They'd look up, stare at me, then run away. I'd then have to run around and figure out what they messed with. It was a pain. However I just started playing again after a long break, but Victorique said they fixed it.

All this new furniture is going to make me rip apart every room where I put plants on the walls... Who wants plain bushes when you can have pretty glowing flowers? lol.

I really don't want to rip all this out, but... glowing flowers, lol.

when I started with decor and wanted to make specific room i was just searching here by name and in images only, later i shifted to outside of the game pics and references but i wouldn't recommend that to start with

i would say, learn normal decor and build mode before u start breaking it/going outside of normal placement

More than half my house is technically an outdoor build, if you count the open hallways I made with the pavilions leading to diff parts of the house. The entire center is a courtyard surrounded by a courtyard.
