what problem are you having exactly? you should be able to just stand near it and press the interact button to activate it. the main island flow gate is the one in front of the bird nest. if the interact prompt won't appear, try walking around it and looking at it from different angles

I've been growing my trees close to my garden to I remember to water them. I remarked previously it was interesting they showed weed block and growth boost when I inspected my garden. I thought this was fine because the juniper and oak trees I gree this was gave me seeds. My flow trees could no longer be watered, so they are at max. But they didn't give me a seed. And now my Birch tree can no longer be watered and that will not give me a seed either. Same with my fir tree. Unless its a bug I'm experiencing unrelated to farm proximity

to get into the general area, either go through pavel mines and exit through the tunnel next to the cave pond, or you can follow the path south from the outskirts. to get into the actual building within flooded fortress, either ||climb the cliffs on the south side of the fortress and then glide across, or you can climb the broken platforms in the middle using the vines growing on them and glide across any gaps||

If you go to another region and come back you'll likely end up in a different server.

This can be complicated by friends, which are preferentially, though not always, placed in the same server as you (and vice versa). So just try to tp back and forth from Kilima.

I wish there was a way to turn off this sync or even force change servers, but there isn't one.

Anywhere and everywhere. You'll need to look for any tree that has a purplely glow on the trunk, or look for the purple-red music swirlies after midnight in game. That's when the flow tree grove appears. But you'll need a fine or exquisite level axe to chop them.

Also follow grove rules of waiting till to chop till the group is sure everyone is there/ waiting till the time chosen for chopping. Grove is a group effort, most flow trees can't be cut without at least one other person

Is it the Caleri and Elouisa steps you're stuck on? Spoilers ahead: ||on the main island inside the Temple of Gales, there are round platforms where the flowgates will appear. But you can't activate them from the main island - you have to travel to the other two islands and activate them from that side. There are routes to those other islands via gliding, updrafts etc|| if I remember right

You can make every recipe on your own, none of them require being multiple people. Chapaa masala isn’t considered a hard recipe

Masala is pretty good to make, if you're happy to chop a bunch, do a bit of mixing and a meat flip you'll be golden.

If you have issues getting stuck remember to use the

it’s a cooking bug that’s happening atm, you can try having a tool in your hand and if you get stuck to just cancel out or relaunch game super fast if you load in quick, otherwise maybe having someone cook with you might help

I need help with a cooking issue. All my crops are star quality. But I have so few star quality meat and gatherables. So I am running into problems being able to cook food as there are "missing" ingredients.

If you hit the button to cook with star quality as long as you have normal quality of the other items it'll allow you to use them. If you have like.. 1/2 required star quality meat you can always put it in the lockbox so it won't try use it and force the normal quality ones to be used

Kind of anywhere. They're typically against a cliff edge or up on top of a cliff. You can look at a distribution using paliamaps https://paliamaps.com/

Note that all nodes appropriate for a given region can spawn at any of the spawn points. So if an iron node is somewhere in bahari bay it could respawn as a palium node or a stone node. If you look for iron on that map it would include the other two.

1. You only get one seed per plant (I'm fairly confident about this one) and
2. Flowers send to storage revert to seeds (a bug)?

Well sure, there is technically a limit, but you know what I mean? E.g. starting from 1 seed and getting arbitrarily many by intentionally sending it to storage, taking it out, growing it again, and harvesting the seed, and sending it back to storage. Now you have 2 seeds.

Making it so you don't have to buy more seeds or catch more bugs.

Yeah, Flooded Fortress is best, and go slowly when you see one. Then just spam your smoke bombs till it does the little captured sound. Or use a supreme bomb if you have any. Just make sure you're lined up right. I lost a Bahari glow bug because I missed twice.

Cut with appropriate tier tool for the tree size
Need fine/iron minimum to cut large trees*
As long as you've done a chop that inflicts damage to the tree even if it heals, you are now eligible for a flow wood loot drop from the tree, need at least 2 ppl to cut down large tree (2 is including yourself)

Is there a resource that explains how fertilizer works? I've been testing harvest growth on blueberries and it doesn't seem to do anything, multiple stacks get consumed during each grow cycle and I've never noticed more blueberries at harvest

Fertilizer has been inconsistent but how it's supposed to work is it gets consumed per growth tick
(1 fert per soil spot so if it's blueberries it takes 4)
And needs to be used every tick to have the desired effect

when on your plot, if you go into the overhead view, at the top of the screen you should see the name of your current plot. that drop down menu has where you can buy more "land" so to speak that you can build on or use for extra storage. i believe you get two plots free, but to get the gazebo, you need to buy the 50, 75, and 100k plots to unlock the achievement

you cant to my knowledge, but to keep the momentum going you can shoot while you jump and then right click right after, this way you kinda keep running and can keep up with animals easier, but you will have to quickly right click a second time to switch arrow

You just have to smash a lot of copper nodes. In principle the larger nodes have a better drop rate (about 2x that of small nodes from what I've heard), but you might as well smash everything.

I am not missing rootseeker. I have all temples and every bundle completed. Ive unlocked and built the furniture I need to unlock the rest via inspiration (ex. reed planter to trigger the rest of the items). I crafted every item until Inspiration stopped popping up. I thought I was done until I saw that my bf had 8 more items than I do. These are part of the rootseeker bundle, which is complete. The only thing I have from this list is the bathtub.

I’m not familiar with the intricacies of the server-player matchmaking. If you’ve blocked someone, I’d suggested leaving the zone and returning to it to get switched to a different server than them.

I already lost thousands of renown but thats just how it is, make sure to submit feedback about the renown thing

You'll be surprised at how fast you earn renown in the "endgame" once you've finished all of the sets/quests/friendship levels. It's actually more enjoyable for me to go around earning small amounts through levels than it were if I saved up stuff to craft, I feel. if you run around and they get scared and disappear in tho the ground, they are gone (more will spawn).

they're on a bit of timer and all have set spots (I am one piece of Makeshift away from completion so I've done a lot of spot fishing). the Spots have a timer and will disappear after set time (I feel like it's maybe 5 or 10min IRL haven't measured) so likely you arrived right at the changeover. this is especially noticeable in the mine where you show up and fish two spots and immediately two more respawn -- you just arrived at the end of the first two lifespan

annoying the same water types share a spawn table so, for instance, it's possible to fish out the spots in Flooded Fortress and cause them to all respawn in northern rivers

which is why makeshift fishers prefer running up and down coast or lake rather than between pond or river spots

It is possible, but just so you know checking the box for star quality does not guarantee it ( i know i hate it too) so it basically depends on your cooking level and luck. Maybe cook with someone with same or more cooking level

Maybe try cooking at other place, like if you cooked at your house try going to your friends and try couple of times. That worked for me and sushi

FYI I believe (based on zillions of grilled fish) that the flat chance to get a starred cooked dish maxes out at 33% with level 50 cooking. any cooking levels beyond that don't increase your starred dish chances. what does impact starred chance is time and performing tasks when the bars are in green. Using starred items adds more "green time" to the bars

this is why cooking with someone else helps, you shave off time

there isn't any proper way to tell. some people invented a way by placing fences until they hit the cap and then counting the fences, but from what i've seen, hitting the item cap seems to sometimes cause a bug that prevents you from placing furniture even after you remove furniture to get below the cap. so 😬

I submitted a bug report for this, but I tried to make fish tacos a little bit ago (I made a second prep station and placed it) and when I started the recipe, I was stuck at the prep station and couldn't move. Then when the timer ran out, and it said failed recipe, I was still stuck, so I had to exit the game.

u can store flower seeds without any problems

we currently can only place flowerseeds into our storages anyway

maybe take out everything flower related out of ur storage first if u got some grown flowers from before the horfix

yeah solved is just that they closed the ticket, would probably open a new ticket, but that bug in ur case is unfortunately just very specific, and specific bugs are rly hard to deal with especially if there is no way to recreate it/only 1 or a handful of players encountering the bug
