There are level requirements to upgrade your tools in each skill 🙂

You will also get letters in your plot mailbox from the skillset NPC letting you know they have new things for you with your new level.

I heard that too, but my one very limited experiment didn't show that. I had two romances get to level 3 at about the same time, and wore one of the pins. They got to level 4 at about the same time (with matching flirting). One very small experiment though.

Very very early on, it was possible to get them through lucky coins

tomato/potato layout - 158k in 55 real hours (60k per 24hr with more work on emptying and restocking machines (DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY WORM BINS)
my corn/potato/apple layout (70k per 24h with less work, ie corn and potato synch days, apples are 4x, machines will rarely hit overflow) - 123.8k in 41 real hours (DOES NOT INCLUDE WORM BINS)

so essentially you have 14 Hours with my layout to swap stations at your will to produce your ferts, usually for me I do this when I have a lot of work or some errands etc on. I personally only swap out 2-4 of them. Both layouts are in the same boat (Ie they both cannot fit fert) both need the same amounts of fert too.

I say 14 hrs because thats how far ahead of the other farm you are, so mine could in theory switch to 30 glow bins (wild example) for those 14hrs to produce all the fert and even more money by the time the other farm is finished processing its harvest...

i put this layout into my calculator and it caps at 16h a day and at that point still makes slightly less profit than potato/tomato/rice/corn layout over 13h/day (that's the cap for that one; i reserve 3 machine slots for 2 glow worm farms + slot for forge/sawmill/loom, so with 27 slots this one caps at 12h/day). If you go with afk route it might be a better option (or when they fix the speed boost). Do you turn potatoes into seeds or preserves? I used seeds in calculations.

ive been struggling with fishing and was wondering if that's how it's supposed to be, if it's my mouse settings, or if it's just my slow reflexes LOL. when i'm holding my mouse still, sometimes it still moves even when i'm trying to reel the fish in straight? and then seems to have a bit of a lag when i move left and right? my mouse speed is pretty high because i used to play things like league of legends (i've grown ok) and maybe it would be better lower? not sure

It sounds like you might want your sensitivity down a bit. It should remain still when you aren't moving the mouse. The lag might be server side though.

if i gift a villager a weekly want, but i dont know yet in game it's a want, do i still get the boost, or does it just count as an item they like? ie, kenli's fourth weekly want is palian onion soup. he hasnt told my character he wants this yet, if i give it to him will it count as giving him just something he likes or as giving him a weekly want? sometimes it seems to give me the renown sometimes it doesnt

Level 22, I've caught all fish except for Ancient because I can't seem to find the sushi recipe. Well over 1000 glow worms in, tried home pond, mirror pond, badruu's pond and hassian's pond. If it needs to be a blue moon, with werewolves surrounding us, I sure wish someone would tell us.

market fishing worked for me ash, at night, kilima lake had bugger all

to save on glow worms cast, check what fish bites, if it's not the one, let it swim away, then reel in, recast, repeat

Very curious, for those who have multiple plots this question's for you- Do the number of farming plots and the storage reset on the other plot? I'm considering in investing in another one for more storage and such but wanted to know about this first. Thanks!

There are a maximum of 8 chests for storage (more with other plots was an exploit and has been patched). To get more storage, you'll want to upgrade to copper chests, which are at the register in Tish's store (not from Tish herself). The first upgrade is a recipe for 25,000 and there's an iron one after. Outside of that, the only option is 3 lockboxes, which store 100 each but hide the item from being crafted with etc.
