thanks to your information, @muted ocean, i'm using a modification of your layout in order to determine just how much would i lose to be able to do full afk completely from plant to harvest? and thanks to your info about corn pickles being incorrectly priced, i determined that i can use this layout for full water retention, harvest boost, and weeblock via fertilizer for 4330.2 gold per palia day in profit with fertilizer costs and replant costs factored in without accounting for any rng bonuses.

crops provide their benefits to all crops above, below and to their sides. so having the rice and potato next to each other doesn't matter since they are already getting the companion buff from the next row of corn and tomato

these are my settings, but i also have to do a bit of additional modification to the output to calculate fertilizer cost (since that isn't implemented yet) and also the improper price that pickled corn has right now on the garden planner site. hence my hourly/palian daily profit being 4330.2 instead of what the site reads as 4611. so i had to account for the 162 gold per day for fertilizer and 12 gold per produced corn pickle deducted from the 30 day total and then divide by 30 for a new daily value.

Yeah so speedgrow can be stacked on crops to ensure its effect longer, so for example with apples and blueberries you'd stack the fertilizer to ensure double the growth rate

Yes, everyone is right. One fertilizer per square per in game day is consumes. Each application increases the chance the buff will apply (invisible) You can stack multiple layers of fertilizer at a time if you don't like applying it every day. Fertilizer won't be consumed if the crop has the same type of boost from a companion crop's placement.

2 possible work arounds here, stand in front of the table with your back to it and slowly bring your camera down and you can sometimes select the invis item.

If not you may have to place the table into a room you can pick up to force return it to storage, porches work for this

honestly dunno, most of the images of items have things in them, when made they do not, what we don't know is if said image is just an example showing you things can go in gaps. Either way in patch notes 2-3 patches ago they are working on getting them to be open/closeable and things to be placed inside.

I'd rather they get us more long term content with replayability (aka new zone) and better server stability... but hey ho 😄
