Our problem is chatting with the NPCs to "KNOW" their wants. I can easily check the wiki for what they want. That's not the issue. If the want still shows a "?" giving them said gift wont get a checkmark and wont give the boosted chat gains

I have some auditory issues and usually play games with music off/very minimal and in-game sounds pretty low. I've been fishing a lot for bundles and discovered that the auditory cue is slightly faster than the visual cue so now my sound is back up. It's pretty obnoxious. I wish there was a more obvious visual cue like in Animal Crossing with the ! marker.

I want to do the Master Social Chef accomplishment, but I'm concerned that the accomplishment tracking bug would be a problem. Accomplishments are not being tracked. Accomplishments that I've even completed show no progress.

For example, if I only do part of the social chef accomplishment, and then logout, will I still credit what all I did, or will I have to sit and do it all in one sitting?

It turns out there are "wrong" answers when flirting with Einar that only give friendship points instead of romance points. I'm guessing it's a bug. I ended up getting him to level 4 but it was slow going. Gifting heartdrop lily or box of chocolates increases romance points but for box of chocolates at least you can only gift it once per real life week. If there was a flirtier and less flirty option I chose the flirtier one but if you notice a dialogue option gives you romance points (little hearts animation on bottom right side of screen instead of thumbs up) while talking to Einar then use it every time you get that dialogue option.

I literally tried emptying walls, moving furniture, getting rid of windows on walls...ive tried EVERYTHING and now my right side is being spammed with "something is in the way!" and "This is not a valid placement location" or whatever

the only placement i got was partially covering a window and then i couldn't place it there again

Sometimes when it tells me I cant place an item, pressing z (turning off grid lock) lets me place it.
