The Emberseeker Medallion Bundle rewards the Rock Garden, but it isn't listed as a reward on the wiki (and it doesn't work as advertised in the patch notes).

However it's possible it's like the ancient fish and released at an earlier bundle than intended.

Depends on what you prefer. Turning them into worms takes longer. A lot of people worm the unstarred cakes and sell the starred cakes, but worming both turn a profit.

I mean, they were testing it before it released. It's possible they released the tester build with barely any changes for live. The Kitsuu garden itself is bugged and not operating as it was said to (you don't making an offering- it gives you something daily. & It affects moving any item in a 10-square radius).

Placing the Ancient Rock Garden on your housing plot will have a special guest appear...the fabled Kitsuu.
Offer an item on the stone pedestal for a chance to receive a reward from the Kitsuu.
This interaction can be done once daily and resets at 9 PM PT(4 AM UTC).j

It does not respawn it is bugged. You can try logging in and out and if you get a brand new server you might see the stone. Otherwise wait for patch

I'm doing something like this for a high yield, low maintenance apple farm. You can switch what's on the inside and outside depending on what you want more of. Yes, you can start a nonstarred recipe without having the ingredients but you won't be able to finish it alone. You can however start a starred recipe and use nonstarred ingredients in it. Put any starred ingredients you don't want to use into lockbox safe storage and then they'll be safe from cooking 🙂

I wanted to place a beautiful silver ball on the log cabin sideboard and now this stone is IN the sideboard and I can't see it and I can't get it out of there or away.
