The bag of illusion lets you handle all things infected without having to use potions, lures and whatnot
The amulet boosts the amount of essence you get
The lantern raises the tiers of the other relics in your party
The idol guides you toward infected things

To enjoy all advantages at the same time you need to party up with people who have all the different relics equipped.
This is the way you get like 10K infected essence from running around double honey lures in A4 for about an hour.

I have the bag on most of the time when running around Elderwood. I just switch relics when partying up to go bug hunting (I generally equip the lantern then because that's pretty much useless when playing solo and most people don't even bother with that one haha, but it does come in handy because it will raise the amulet (more essence) and someone with a tier I bag can join because the lantern will raise it to tier II so we can handle infected bugs)

elder clam mushrooms can be an RNG drop from all shmoles, not just the elder. that's why going on a shmole killing spree can be a good way to farm elder clams if you already enjoy hunting.

@silent pumice, you absolutely can hunt shmoles to get drops of elder clams in addition to foraging.

3:00 rule is for the grove of flow trees, not individual flow trees

and the unspoken rule would be to warn of people of your coordinates (through the map system of letters/numbers) when you stumble on rare materials; such as silver, gold, platinum, flow trees and some foraging plants and items

Pretty hard. You need to open a few hundred clams. Some of us got really lucky and got it in the first 100. Some... not that much. As i said above, i suggest getting clams while doing other chores/quests.

At first, i was just focusing on getting clams and got really frustrated. After a while, i just said, meh, whenever i find one on my way to [insert random quest name here] i'll just grab it and deal with it later.

Do you mean flow-infused wood? You get that from flow trees. Hang around Bahari Bay around midnight in-game, wait for someone to call out the flow tree grove (or find it yourself) and help chop down the trees

Also: tap them all once first so you’ll get all the loot when they get chopped down. Chopping usually happens at 3 AM in-game, that’s an unwritten ‘rule’ that gives everyone time to get there from across the map

We need a bubble lure. A lure that is private for players in a party. The bubble lure can be a lure you place for your party only with a dome to inform others it’s private, any bugs that spawn in the bubble can’t be scared away or caught by other players. This could give an option to those who work hard to gather materials for their lure and still benefit when it’s used. This way you have a public lure if you’re feeling generous and private lure if you’re trying to grind some bugs. Thoughts?

Server disconnect issues are common and known issue. You just have to keep trying to reconnect when this occurs. There are no other fixes besides checking on your own Internet connection to ensure it's stable.

The pods cannot be gotten again except by trading or further login rewards. And some plushies you may have deleted are the same way, cannot be gotten again except by trading as they were 1 time rewards/login rewards.

You can always go to the trading channel and offer them for trade rather than delete them, as plenty of people will be happy to take them off your hands for their collections.
