Amount of glow worms is solely dependent on the value of the food you give them
Best thing is to take some of the fish you'd sell, grill em up and feed those to the worms

they did such an amazing job too, I worried because it was significantly cheaper that it was going to be a hack job. You can get up there by gliding over from the spot I have pinged. It's difficult, though, because you can't wall climb in that spot so you have to look for spots you can jump up onto. Probably easier to just let the bug go tbh

sadly the old rice/wheat combo is sitll the best for money - unless you don't plan to load too often, then beans/rice/corn/tates/toms for an afk build are ok

Even if RNG hates you, it shouldn't take too long

It seems to me that the best option depends on how many 6am growth ticks you get per day (ie, how long you play for each day)
generally, Bok Choy is the gold standard for money (convert into seeds), but Batterbeans can generate more money if you don't play much. It just takes a lot longer to process them, and you generate loads (but they're not worth much unless you make them into seeds)
