It's not an asset, so no. Nothing, no menu opening or wardrobe would get it to go away, only a close and reload

I couldn't even look at the screen long enough to try to navigate to the kilima gate to see if a map zone change would help my instance.

My instance was instantaneous after switching plots. It barely even had a rev up to the entirely white screen. And it was worse than the one posted in the forum. No outline of my character, not even the faintest shapes, just pure blue white to the retinas

I just know the usual is whenever the last day of login rewards is, a patch will prob pop up the day after. So.. the next one will be Jan 14th

Look this is very similar to something that happened in baldurs gate 3 with the inventory chest at camp. ITs about certain drivers and the game not liking them and they had to fix it on the dev side but idk the the like detailed cause was

That bug was the bane of my existence. Essentially the game, despite saying it can go DOWN to a certain level of graphics potential, becomes unstable at lower video card processor levels cause the game doesnt manage the info right

and while switches are GREAT, they are on the lower spectrum of graphics

I'm sorry, but have you missed the part where this is happening on all platforms so far? Switch and PC, and various settings/computer strengths, various graphics settings, and various triggers? That's the issue. I really don't think it's simple game instability, since it's exponentially increasing lately, and this game has always been unstable, but not always increasingly white screening folks at random.

I think they work hard on fixes, been playing many other games that doesn't. This is a free game and the fixes takes time, but they do them a bit by bit.
