Yeah the lack of fixing major bugs is been very unfortunate and annoying in all aspects. Especially with half their team getting cut earlier this year it shows every monthly update how the updates are lacking and less and less are coming out it seems.

I know this is a bit old reply but, from my experience as a game dev both independent as well as working in studios, usually the developers and the cosmetic designers are entirely different departments. One's working in Unreal Engine, the others' working in Blender / 3DSMax. I really doubt they'd be pulling manpower away from development and bug-fixing when Blender & 3DS Artists / Riggers exist.

Even with the state the game is currently in, I still enjoyed it since it found me in my not so good time. So give or take if you understand the struggles behind the team keep it running and fixing it at the same time go easy on them because they know fully well what is happening.

I agree. I spent 7 years of my life on open bnet and also doing mod development for it, until they released d3 and said "no open bnet" so all of us quit. We had a glimmer of hope with D2:R, but they doubled down on no open bnet, so ofc it flopped.

Like the enjoyment I got from D2 LoD was spending days theorycrafting new smite builds for 1v1's and using algebraic formulas to roll negative mana until we reach almost complete physical immunity. Definitely on the fringe nerdcore stuff, but we had a very big cult following in that scene.

the game has always given me motion sickness
and
the game was kind of a thing that i latched onto when my mom was really sick and we didn’t know what was wrong and a lot of complicated stuff was happening so i basically forced my brain to accept the game as a coping mechanism. and now i can play it without severe nausea.
but.
the ruins and temples are so bad for my brain. literally so bad. i can’t even identify why. but they are.
but water and gales severely make me sick dsgf and i know im not the only one who struggles with them. so that might be a part of why people “belly ache” about gales. it literally makes my belly ache 😭

Its a problem with the game, not the switch. Just restarting should be plenty. You’ll get in eventually but it can take a good amount of tries

Servers are having connection issues. You just gotta keep trying, if you can get into the game just make sure your not in a party (or a ghost party) to travel cause thats helped some people/
