In this case you don't have enough copper ore to smelt into a bar. 1 bar needs 5 ore to smelt. Idk why its saying inventory full unless the output of the smelter is full but that part isnt in the pic

That depends on how you play. For me i have max storage ||10k from 8 iron chests|| and only use half of it 80% of the time

Erm not certain cause never tried that. I think though that putting a chest into storage reduces your max space. But again i haven't tried.
