copper ore (rocks with brown flecks) in Kilima provide silver ore. as mentioned above, there are centipedes that drop silk thread that will appear after you mine rocks/iron/pallium ore in Bahari. Stick to southern Bahari for silk — the blue grasshoppers you see around drop it as well, and you might even find some epic bugs there (fairy mantis, jewelwing dragonfly (walk carefully at the upper entrance of the mines and listen for it, it’s often there), and sometimes even rainbow butterfly.)

There are a few quests, hidden chests and 2 mini games that you can do hourly (aka at night during the market)
EDIT there is also stamp collection events which give tickets and a current twitch drop event
